Took two of my cats here and loved them at first but ended with these experiences that make me say I will never go here again...my older cat went in for his vaccines and the tech didnt hold him right so when he jumped at the prick of a needle the vet had let go and the needle was left dangling in his back. He was so sore for days. My young cats only a year old went in for her vaccines and they nearly killed her when they gave her two vaccines at once and didnt wait to see if she would react to it before they sent us home. Taking her home, we found she shot and pissed all over herself and had nearly stopped breathing. So we rushed her right back. They hurried through the visit as well as the recovery just because they wanted to get out by closing time on a saturday. They booted us out in a rush without an apology and told us if we had more issues to go to the 24 hour animal ER in maysville. ...

We recently moved here and our poor little cat fell ill. The staff treated me and my daughter very kindly and made sure to answer all questions and gave us plenty of time with her before she passed. I would give 5 stars but they dont offer much in the way of payment options. Having a critically ill pet is expensive (not to mention emotional) and having more options than CareCredit would be nice. Its hard to not feel like I reduced my beloved family pet to dollars and cents given the lack of options. Otherwise, wonderful facility and wonderful staff.

Took my sick cat to this hospital and she combed over his back once and said he has fleas other than that they cant say whats wrong with him. Ive never seen a flea on any of my cats and have seven so Im sure Id know if I had a flea infestation. Any "clinic" is the worst place you can take your pet. They wont tell you whats wrong with them and want to charge you hundreds of dollars for medicine they dont even know is going to help. Youll always be better off going to a private practice theyll actually be honest with you about whats wrong with your pet.

I have taken my dogs to Union Pet Clinic for nearly 13 years. The staff could not be more loving or caring for my girls. After having to put Sparky to sleep last January, I received a sympathy card signed by all staff. That was very comforting to me. You know the clinic is doing something right when your dog is excited to go there! Little Bit just loves the girls. I would recommend Union Pet Clinic to anyone. They really care!

Our family has 3 dogs and a cat. We have been associated with Union Pet Clinic for over ten years and have found them to be an excellent facility filled with outstanding Doctors and technicians. From the minute you enter to the time you leave you and your beloved animal/s have had the attention of true professionals and animal lovers themselves. We would never consider switching vets.

Dr. Crowder and Holly are the dream team. I could not be more impressed with them. The prices at Union Pet Hospital are a bit higher than other offices in the area but I think theyre worth it. The doctors here truly care about your pets and go above and beyond to make sure your animals are healthy and happy. I will never take my pet to any clinic other than Union Pet Hospital again.

Ive been taking my pets here since they opened I have nothing but GREAT experiences with the doctors and staff here,, Even my dog loves it here she cant wait to get out of the car and in the door. I recommend them over all others!!!! Thanks to all those who work here and make this a very pleasant experience for my family and pets

The staff are so nice , they love my dog. My poor dog has had a lot of health problems , so I have been there a lot. Both Drs are great they give a thorough exam and spend a lot of time with the animal. I would only take my Maltese here.

Facilities are clean and well maintained. They have separate dog rooms and cat rooms. The staff is kind and gentle. Dr Crowder is very knowledgeable and is always wonderful with my cats.

We visit Dr. Miller for acupuncture. She is very happy to answer all of our questions, and we have seen marked improvement in our dogs condition since he has started being seen by her.

All the doctors are very nice and knowledgeable. The facility is very attractive and always clean. They are AAHA accredited as well, so they have a high standard.
