Very pleased with the entire organization at Burlington Pet Hospital. I switched to Burlington Pet Hospital from another local veterinarian practice because I was feeling rushed and the administrative side of the practice had difficulty remembering to write down patient appointments. The administrative staff at Burlington Pet Hospital is very cordial always referring to their patients by name. My little missed breed rescue dog receives the very best of care and is treated as if she was a high-priced show dog. I highly recommend this practice for all small animal medical care. Im surely glad I made the switch to Burlington Pet Hospital.

We took our dog in for a thorough check-up after he was initially treated at the Wilder Emergency Pet Hospital after a collapse. The staff at Burlington received Lincoln on time and were very attentive to his particular needs and handled his high anxiety very well. He was thoroughly checked out and prescribed the proper medications. They explained his treatment course clearly and were attentive to our questions and concerns. We have gone to Burlington Pet Hospital previously and they are now our primary choice. The service and staff have always been top-notch for us.

The best vet in the area. We take all our pets, both cats and dog, here. Since we are scientist, we appreciate the doctors who take time to explain the detail of each procedure and medications. I give the 4 starts because of the cost. I still love this place and the bit higher cost is totally worth the service and the care. But I can always wish it was a bit cheaper....

Over the years, we have had great experiences at Burlington Pet Hospital. We are treated like family each visit. Appointments always run on time. Our pets always receive a comprehensive evaluation. The doctors are compassionate, and they take the time to explain all matters of pet care. I highly recommend this practice to others.

Dr. Ben has been the best vet we have ever had for our girls. He really takes his time and does throrough exams. His wife also practises here and she is excellent as well. We owe Dr. Ben our gratitude for keeping our dogs so healthy. We love him dearly. The office staff is so sweet too.

As a current patient, I called this morning for my dachshund who has a history of IVDD, and is currently suffering from a disc injury. Calling on a Monday morning, the earliest appointment is next week. This is not acceptable. Do not depend on this vet for critical care.

You guys always take care of our Rufus! He loves coming in to see you EVERY time. Im hoping the cancer in his nose stays away. We are so grateful for recognizing it so soon and having it removed immediately. I think that made a big difference.

Both Dr. Kordenbrocks (husband and wife vets) are awesome! They always take the time to explain things thoroughly and genuinely care about my cats. The office staff and assistants are great, too. An all-around wonderful place to take your animals!
