I had to make a very difficult decision to have my dog put to rest this week. When I called the office the staff was so supportive and understanding. It took me a bit to actually go in with my Paulee that I have loved for 14 years. While there we were treated with so much understanding an compassion that it made this unbearable situation possible. My poor little Paulee was slipping away so fast but they explained all of our options and after agreeing that she did not have any quality of life left the doctor told us exactly what would take place and let us stay with her until she had passed. She was never scared and seeing her so peaceful made this very sad day so much easier. Wonderful people.... I will always recommend them to care for the pets that we all love. Thank you so much for everything and the wonderful card was very kind of you.

Ive been going to see Dr. Moore since I moved to Cartersville and got my two German Shepherd sisters. They are 4 now and I wouldnt take them to any other Doctor. Bella recently had surgery for a torn left rear ligament. Dr. Moore was very understanding and helpful, as was all the staff. They always go out of the way to say hello and they treat my dogs as if they were their own. I consider my dogs as part of my family, and I consider the Animal Medical Center as family physicians. Thanks Dr. Moore and everyone for always being there for me and my family!

Our life Langer

If I could give -5 stars I would. My roommate found a injured kitten outside our house this morning it was in horrible shape. I brought it here the doctor told me he was going to put it down and for me to go into the waiting room. Im watching him through the window and all he did was put that poor suffering baby in a bag to suffocate. How can someone be so heartless because they didnt want to use medication to put it to sleep. I will never come back to this office and I hope no one Else does either

Green Eyed Disaster

This place is heaven. Dr. Moore is one of the most knowledgeable veterinarians Ive ever met. I never want to go anywhere else. My dog actually pulls me through the door when we go. She actually enjoys being here! Every single member of staff are kind and caring. I could go on and on about how great this place is. If you take your animal there, your animal will be well cared for. However, the operators of this franchise will use every single internet rumor they can find to try to scare you into buying treatments your animal does not need. Sometimes they will bill you first and sell later, sometimes they will hit you with the sales pitch while they have your pet in custody for surgery. That is not cool.

The vet here really knows his stuff! My dog has had sensitive ears for the longest time, and this is the ONLY animal hospital that has eliminated the problem. Great service & definitely recommend.
