This office cares about MONEY! I had been taking my pets and spent much money on spays/neuters of neighborhood strays at All About Money in Middletown. However, upon one occasion where I had been unemployed and in between jobs, I brought in injured kitten to them that a little girl in my neighborhood had brought to me (crying) and they would not even look at her and actually treated me like a vagrant. I cannot tell you how many spays/neuters business I had taken to them on top of having a stray put down for approx. $300 after testing for FIV and Felv. When I asked if there were grants for her to be treated, they gave me a Care Credit form (not a grant form). Unfortunately, I had already spent $1000 plus $500 on the Care Credit to treat my own cat a few months before for a blockage. I had also used the remaining balance on my Care Credit to spay and neuter two strays JUST THE WEEK BEFORE with this vet. Then, they mentioned the SPCA and that the kitten could be euthanized and without even looking at this little girls kitten. FINALLY, after asking again (repetitively) they finally gave me a sheet of paper with organizations that could help and told me to go home and apply. Really? NO HELP, just go home and apply. They wanted me out of their office quickly, as well. While another person brought a stray in and they had the money for the office visit and they were immediately admitted, of course. Animals are obviously not high on their list but, $$$ are. Then, I began to call other vets in town and called Krebs who were so wonderful and helpful. They took their time with me. They also referred me to Blueball Veterinary Clinic for any further advice on grants and their referral, etc. Blueball Veterinary Clinic provided me with so much information to help this kitten. They were both so very compassionate. They were so detailed and took their time with me. They even worked hand and hand with each other to accomplish this. Krebs and Blueball are veterinary offices who totally care about your pet and animals in general and not simply about $$$. I understand offices cannot stay in business by providing free services and as you can see I pay for not only my own pets but, strays as well, under normal circumstances. But, All About Pet Care had the opportunity to do what Krebs and Bluball did and failed miserably in my book. Just a point in the right direction with care and offering whatever they can to help you take care of the kitten at home was wonderful between the two vets that worked together with each other to accomplish this. They have 5 stars with me and definitely my vote! All About Pet Care lost all points. The kitten is recouping and doing quite well now with the help from Krebs and Blueball. I would hope All About Pet Care learns a little lesson about CARING in the future. The little girl has been coming over every day to see her little kitten. What a difference Krebs and Blueball made in a needy little kittens and a little girls life! Kudos to you both! I will try to see that your contributions are highly noted with everyone I meet. You both have my regard and are recommended highly. EditDelete

I really had a great experience here. I had a script for flea protection called in to this vet last summer and they very happily filled it- and saved me a long drive to my previous vets office. A few weeks ago, I decided to give them a try for a vet visit after having a horrible experience at another area vet. They are a little on the expensive side, but very knowledgeable and thorough. The office staff and vet were very friendly. They even have satellite television in the room so you can watch t.v. while you wait. I felt that the office visit took a little longer than I anticipated, but the time that the Dr. took with my dog was well worth the wait. The staff really cares about your pet and making sure they are healthy and stay healthy with alternative medicine and pet care advice. The visit was very comprehensive and addressed all of my concerns. I am surprised to hear that anyone had a bad experience here! Give them a try!! I am sure that you wont be disappointed!

Friendly staff, courteous technicians and VERY knowledgeable doctors. What more could you want? The facilities are clean and nice. You get to watch TV in the exam rooms while waiting. Amy Shrout and I bring our two Himalayans there for routine vet care as well as for sickness and/or injury issues. Our male Himi (possibly neutered too young) fractured the hip ball on both his hind legs (at separate times) The crew at AAPC really helped us through both events and Kobe (I call him Cobert) is doing fine and can jump as well as any cat. As for those whom money is a point of contention, "You gets what ya pays for" I suppose. Needless to say, these two little money pits (Dorie and Kobe) are strictly indoor cats!

I have used All About Pet Care many times in my past. Dr. Arington tried to help me save my 6yr old Pit Bull when she was extremely sick. Unfortunately, she was way to sick to be saved but the techs and Dr. Arington did a fantastic job comforting me when I made the decision to have her put down. They showed an outstanding amount of compassion toward my family and my poor Maddy girl. I recently took my 5 month old kitten in for a routine exam and she did wonderful with him. He is a bottle fed baby with a BIG attitude! She kept her patience with him and took her time even when he was being a jerk. I will never take my pets anywhere else but to Dr. Arington and the staff at All About Pet Care.

My dog boarded there over the weekend and came home acting very strange. At first, I was very upset, and assumed that she wasnt being properly cared for. I created an initial review on Google, the site manager from All About Petcare saw it, then she contacted me about my concerns. She, then, offered me a complimentary check up to see if we could find out what was wrong with my dog. It turns out, she has allergies! She was allergic to something that was used at the facility. She can still go there, shell just have to use precautionary allergy medicine. I am really pleased with the customer service I received and how much it seemed they cared about my dog.

I have been to All About Petcare twice and would NOT recommend them to anyone. A $12.60/night Thurs-Monday boarding stay ended up costing just under $200! They performed a full exam and gave my puppy shots he JUST had at his regular vet (Blueball Vet, I HIGHLY recommend them or Western Hills). All About Petcare is a BUSINESS and nothing more. They claim to care about your pets like family but are only interesting in charging you every penny they can. The only positive thing I can say about them is that the staff is friendly. They dont even deserve any stars.

I had to have an emergency C-Section on my Boston Terrier this morning. I called several places and they were the only ones willing to take us in. They gave us a GREAT price! And the entire staff was professional, friendly, and supportive during the whole process! Best vet hospital I have ever experienced by far! They have made a lot of changes over the last couple years, and you can certainly tell a huge difference! I would reccomend them to anyone! Very pleased
