lawrenceville office. they dont answer the phone. when they do they blame u for not coming down there. when they help u they cause you more issues than needed. in residentual service when u get help from them they place u in an unfinished apartment and takes forever to fix any major issues. 2 major water leaks and all they do is half way paint over the water marks and tell u its completely safe and leaves u a half of a bucket of paint and tell u that u can finish it if u want to.last time i checked i wasnt a painter. mold is every where from the leaks. they will not place u any where else. u and ur children just have to get sick from mold. mind u i have 4 kids under the age of 8. (8,5,4,11mths) i stay to myself and dont bother a soul but the office where i live always has some type of complaint no matter what u do. but i am thankful they can help but i rather me a d my 4 children be healthy and safe. leaks can cause a cave in from floors and or fire they dont care

Worst place to go to for help. My buddy went there for a year and didnt get any help ( she is add). She went and got her records transferred and was immediately put on add medication. Depression she had? Gone. Anxiety she had? Gone.

Be nice if people would actually pick up the phone!!!! Everytime I call nobody picks up and it takes FOREVER to reach an answering machine (which some lines dont even have an answering machine). Good help is rare these days smh.
