The vet charged SIXTY ONE DOLLARS to glance at our dog and tell us that we need tests done. We had no procedures completed. Our last vet would charge us $35 to tell us that. They wanted us to spend another $100 for a thyroid test to be done to "rule out" thyroid problems though thats most likely not the issue. The receptionist told us the quotes were "high because they are for larger breeds" and would "probably" be less for us, but I dont know why we didnt just get an exact quote. My dog had all of his shots just a couple months ago and we have his records, but this vet office quoted us on having all of it done again though we dont need it. In the end, they suggested we spend over $700 to find out WHAT we would need to treat, the charge would just be the beginning. That is absurd! We consider it a $61 lesson on where not to go. Hopefully you dont purchase the same lesson.

The vets and staff are top notch. R Thompson suspected my Jack Russell had Addisons disease prior to lab draws (which confirmed diagnosis). Dr rickard saved Ajax when potassium was 9.4. Ajax should have died, but dr rickard got him back to baseline in 4hours. Are there cheaper vets-yes-if you are looking for bargain basement go to petsmart. But if you want the best of the best? You come here. We have been happy customers for 12years :)

These folks, from the Doctors, back office assistants to the gals at the front desk are all top notch! They have provided wonderful care for our five pets and have demonstrated their ability to always provide expert advice as well as a willingness to go the extra mile (on a Sunday) when we needed emergency pet boarding. They are simply THE TOP!

what we thought was abrasions and sunburn on my dog Stellas nose ended up being Lupus slowly eating her nose away. Thanks to the team at Braelinn Animal Hospital and prednisolone she is well on her way to recovery. Thank you !!

We have been taking our four pets here for three years; since we moved to the area. We have been impressed with their professionalism and compassion.
