Been marginally satisfied and tolerated high turnover (always a new vet with each visit), impersonal care, and less than optimal environment (not the cleanest, crowded) for a modicum of convenience being co-located at Petsmart and the groomers all under one roof. Save your money and time and find a good neighborhood vet that can deliver reliable, kind, and personal service with a modicum of polite civility which will not happen here. Dont believe me? Call them...right now...the first thing you will be told is to "please hold". Had a followup appt for our dog that got "lost" in their system and I had to reschedule...So I did and accommodated them for the sake of our beloved pet. But that wasnt the end of it, heaven forbid you ever ask for the same consideration in return....I then had a 730am drop off scheduled today for her to be tested. I arrived admittedly behind schedule at 8. In the past, drop off meant I signed a release and dropped her off anytime between 730 and 9am. Today, I was told I was late and would have to wait. I explained that I could not wait as I had to be at work, had already extensively discussed the test with the staff vet, and just needed to drop her off. The counter person was rude and couldnt have cared less (after all, why would she? I am there for their convenience, not the other way around... "please hold"). She told me I would need to reschedule. When I asked them to take her, she snapped: : "Well if you would just wait Im trying to help you!" I guess we have different ideas about what "Drop off" means. I ended up leaving, (the dog did not receive her needed care, I was late for work as now I had to return home with the doggie and then leave...again....) like a bad relationship when you know its time to leave and move on. I will never be back. Perhaps the silver lining is that Ive known we needed to find a better place than this, now I will, and recommend you do the same.

Wonderful service! I always feel that my pet is taken care of and loved. I have personally seen them take in emergencies that walked up with no prior warning and I think that is amazing. I will come here forever and always!

They price gouge and dont give you the personal attention your animal needs. I recommend Peach tree animal clinic in Peachtree city. Theyre twenty times better
