I have been using Griffin Animal Care for many, many years. I can honestly say that the entire staff loves your pet as their own. We have had numerous dogs treated there - some strays, some not. Every animal is precious to them. All three of the vets are caring, take time with you, and you will never leave there without your questions answered to the best of their ability. March 2014 our bulldog suffered a fractured pelvis and consequently problems urinating. She was cared for with the utmost professionalism and a very real concern. It was necessary that her surgery be preformed at a larger facility out of state. However, two different times she became critical and had Griffin Animal Care not been there for us, our sweet Bailey probably would not be happy and healthy today. A million thanks to our friends at Griffin Animal Care! God bless them and all that they do.

When I was going to get my Service Dog in 2003, I was told by his trainer that he was leery of men, so I wanted to find a vets office that had a woman veterinarian. That veterinarian turned out to be Dr. Barker at Griffin Animal Care. Along with Dr. Barker, there was Dr. Bliss who would also take care of Bentley at times. Then when we adopted our pekingese, Princess, all three veterinarians took care of her. Bentley and Princess are no longer with us, but when we had to have them pts, the compassion and care that everyone at Griffin Animal Care showed was beyond what anyone would expect. From the vet tech coming to my home to help me get Bentley in my SUV, to the patience they showed with the many questions I asked, when Dr. Barker was trying to find out what was wrong with Princess. They are the best of the best.

Griffin Animal Care is the best! Our cat can be rather difficult with people she doesnt know, but Griffin Animal Care handles her perfectly! Our cat is never aggressive toward the staff at Griffin Animal Care because they let her stay with us during the entire visit. At a former vet, she was taken out of our sight for vaccinations and that upset her tremendously. In which case, she acted out against the staff at that office. They labeled her "aggressive". We travel 30 minutes to go to Griffin Animal Care because they are the best with our cat! (There are many other vets closer to our home.) Our cat doesnt travel well either and usually makes a mess in her carrier. No worries though; the staff at Griffin help clean her and the carrier for her ride home. They go the extra mile and we appreciate it!!!

I have used Griffin Animal Care for over 10 years. They have always gone above and beyond my expectations in the care of my animals. From the doctors who listen to what Im telling them each time we visit, to the staff who care for animals left overnight for surgery, each and every individual takes the time to interact on a personal level with the animals. When one of my elderly pets who had been to GAC routinely for many years passed, everyone signed a sympathy card and they mailed it to our home, along with his paw print. It meant a lot to us all and is just one example of the attention to detail and client feelings the GAC staff routinely provides. I wouldnt take my pets anywhere else.

I took my new puppy in for a well visit, and it was really a great experience. Every person that I saw was very friendly and helpful, and they took a large amount of time explaining things that were going on with my puppy, and what I would need to do for her care. I did speak to the technician about one of our dogs that we recently lost, and a week later I received a sympathy card from the office. Each person had taken the time to write a message in the card, and it really meant a lot to me and my family. I would not hesitate to recommend Griffin Animal Care to any of my friends and family.

I have been bringing my dogs here for at least 10 years. I have used the boarding, grooming and vet services. They really care about your animals and go out of the way to make sure you understand everything you need to know about your visit. At one visit Dr. Barker even stayed with me until after they closed and counseled me on decisions I needed to make about my dog. They do not push unnecessary tests and procedures on you either. The techs are nice and care about the animals, the front office staff are nice as well and are always accommodating to my needs.

I have been going there for several years, even before Dr. Webb bought it. They perform excellent veterinary services at reasonable rates. The entre staff is very caring. When I had to have one of my dogs put to sleep several years ago, they were so concerned with me and my feelings and the comfort of Max. It really helped make this difficult time a little easier. When I had moved down to Griffin 17 1/2 years ago, I went to a different vet and was unhappy. Since I made the change, Ive had NO complaints. Love them!

Wonderful wonderful people! When I had Bella they took wonderful care of her the short three years I had her. And when she died from an accident in October they held her for me until cremation service could pick her up and they sent a wonderful card signed from all the staff. I could not have asked for more precious people to have taken care of my sweet baby and I am looking forward to bringing them Malibu my new baby when I get her on Christmas Eve. Thank you for being so wonderful and kind!

I have been going to Griffin Animal Care for a few years now with my animals, and I have nothing but great things to say about them. They make sure they explain everything up front so there are no surprises, they truly care about making animals well, and theyre great at making sure that you have everything you need, and how to use it, before you leave the office. Dr. Bliss is fantastic, and my cats respond very well to her. I absolutely recommend Griffin Animal Care.

The reason we drive 30+ minutes to get to Griffin Animal Care is because of 3 things: 1. Reasonable Prices 2. Quality Care 3. Friendly Staff When weve compared them, their exam prices and procedure prices compare to the lowest available prices of vets close to our house. However, the vets and staff at Griffin Animal Care are much better than the "low-cost" vets closer to home. We will continue to drive past a dozen other vets to get to Griffin Animal Care.

This was my first experience ever at a vet much less to this one. I was very worried about my puppy and wasnt sure what all to do. I walked in and was immediately treated with love and care. They were sweet and made sure I understood every aspect of what was being told. They made sure my baby girl had the best treatments possible. Prices were better than what I thought they would be! I will definitely be back.
