I would not recommend them at all. We took one of our dogs in for a burst fatty tumor. We were told on a previous visit ( approx. 3 weeks prior) that we may want to consider having it removed and that he needed his teeth cleaned. The estimated cost including anesthesia was $500.00. on this visit, they told my wife that they will probably drain it and it would be around $300.00. We ask them to call us after the vet had a chance to look at it because we were probably going to go ahead and get it removed and have his teeth cleaned at the same time for the previous estimated cost of $500.00 (only $200.00 more than we were quoted for draining it) No call back. After 6 hours we called and they said we could pick him up. We went in and they had done NOTHING to the area except took a sample for biopsy. They also gave us two prescriptions (antibiotic and pain killer). The bill was 246.82!! The wound was not cleaned and left open to drain. His foot had puss and blood all over it still. The didnt drain it or remove it. Bottom line the costs just dont make since. For the removal of tumor, a teeth cleaing and anesthesia was going to be $500.00. Instead they did nothing and charged us almost $250.00. The vets are nice, but they obviously have no problem ripping people off.

Brought our cat with a suspected UTI in after I searched "emergency vet" and the website stated they accepted walk ins. They do not accept walk ins. Made arrangements for drop off in the morning. Received a call about an hour later cancelling the morning drop off. I understand the mix-up in policies between branches that caused the cancellation of morning drop off (Bridgewater does appointments colrain does drop offs), but its a massive inconvenience. Just go to another vet and save the hassle.

Staff is not knowledgeable at all. They have cut my dogs nails too short on multiple occasions, causing her to bleed. Then they blame it on me because shes a rescue and I didnt play with her feet enough. One of the vets barely speaks English and is nearly impossible to communicate with. Please, for the love of your pet, find somewhere else to take them. I will never visit another Banfield for the rest of my life.

My dog jumped a fence and tangled with a racoon. Not seriously injured but due for a rabies shot so I wanted to hurry him in. Told me I would have to wait two days even though when I paid for the plan I was told I could come by for an urgent issue during normal hours and a vet would fit me in. I was told I should probably double dip by paying for emergency services for so.ething that was part of my plan

They turned us away when we took our dog in for an emergency. I wouldnt recommend them for non-emergency work if they behave that way when something is wrong. We called the office 10 minutes away in Voice of America and they stayed late and took us in and cared for us without raping us monetarily. I will never go to the one in Bridgewater Falls again.

I got upset that my dogs werent up to date on vaccinations when they needed boarded in an emergency. I paid a lot of money to be on the wellness plan for 2 dogs. I left them because of it. After paying other vets even more money for less service Im thinking it was a mistake leaving. Therefore Im going from 1 star back to 4. I think it was a hasty move.

If I could rate them zero stars I absolutely would. worst experience I have ever had in my life. Like to rip people off and everything is way overpriced. They will not cancel the wellness plan on a pet that I no longer have. I will not bring any future pets here.
