I just called to see if I could swing in to get my dogs nails clipped. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and before answering any questions, she informed me they were closing by 2 (the time was 1:24). Considering we live in a world of technology I obviously checked their a hours and reviews before calling. I literally live across the street from this facility. I informed her I live right down the street and asked if the clipping could be done today... Her response, (in a annoyed tone) "Im going to say if you are here by 1:45 we will do it." I asked her the price which she responded "$14." I then decided I would not bring my pet there to be treated in a rush and by someone that was clearly already annoyed. I will NEVER bring my pet here NOR refer this facility due to their rude receptionist, or whatever she is. She obviously needs a different job if she is rude to people just because she works Saturdays. Because of her, this clinic will lose business.

I was looking for a new vet for my mini-dash/Chihuahua mix puppy. She is very particular about people. But from the moment she walked in the door we both felt welcome. The office was clean and the staff was really friendly. Also the thing that won me over was when you make an appt for 10am at 9:55am your puppy is going back to see the doctor. Then during the appt the vet answered all of my questions. He didnt rush me out so he could take his next appt. Then the prices are awesome. No matter where I move I think this will be her permanent vet office. I love Animal Care Center and its staff.

I do NOT appreciate that this business/ Dr Williams, removed itself from Yelp; certainly since it had many bad reviews - mine being just one of QUITE A FEW. Im not going to expound on the whole MESS, but, know Im honestly telling you my kitten RECEIVED A BOTCHED-UP SPAY(proven when another vet did another operation; and this time, removed ALL the tissue that was SUPPOSED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF by Dr Williams THE FIRST TIME!!! No good - 1 star. They deserve NO STARS but thats not an option. :(

I have been a long time client of Dr. Williams and the Animal Care Center team for my Persian cats. I certainly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a new vet. The customer service, quality healthcare, and reasonable pricing is unmatchable. The professionalism that the Dr. displays as well as the knowledgable staff and courteous receptionists make going there a pleasure.

Did great with my little pup. When my dog broke her leg they fixed it and where reasonably priced even after the surgery they made sure her leg was back to working condition with physical therapy. You can tell the staff really does care for the animals they see and arent just out for money. I would highly recommend this place if you want the proper care for your best friend.

I had an emergency, and was left on hold WAY too long. I ended up going to another vet because of this, where I got GREAT service. I do NOT recommend this place. Just try calling and see how long it takes you. In fact, anytime that I have ever called, I was on hold immediately for over 2 mins ever time.

Animal Care Center is an affordable facility for basic pet care. I have only been there a few times and the best I can say is that everyone is nice. It seems to be very ineffecient, disorganized and there is no sense of urgency.

I have been bringing my dogs Baxter and Stinky here for about three years . The staff is friendly and fees are reasonable. Dr.Williams provides knowlegable care and it is obvious that he loves what he does.I highly recommend .
