If there was a such thing as a no star rating....that would be what this Banfield location receive based on my experience with them. My dog became lethargic right after the Memorial Day weekend. I was very concerned about my dog and decided to call Banfield Camp Creek to schedule an appointment for my dog. I told the person who answered the phone about my situation and she immediately advised me to take my dog to some emergency clinic...stating that they may not have the tools and/or equipment needed to help my dog. WHAT!?!?! This was insane to me!! So I called the emergency clinic to tell them about my dog and what Banfield Camp Creek advised me to do. The person at the emergency clinic was just as shocked as me and advised me that this was an emergency but not one that required me to go to an emergency clinic unless my primary vet (Banfield Camp Creek) was not able to handle something like this which was very shocking to the person at the emergency clinic. They advised me to call another clinic that accepts my dogs wellness plan....and said they will help if I was not able to secure an appointment with another clinic right away. I then called Banfield Midtown...they saved the day! They didnt have any appointments available but was able to get us in. They analyzed my dogs issue and came up with a solution. They had EVERYTHING they needed to help any dog with any issue. We are done with Banfield Camp Creek. And please note that this is just one of MANY issues we have had with them. They do not take care of their customers at all. They always seem very overwhelmed. If I had gone to the emergency clinic, the costs would have doubled. I am VERY disappointed in the service I received from Banfield Camp Creek.

Took Guinness pig last week there. Asked to bring for checkup this week. Really dont know why, except for them to make more money. I said yes any ways. They called a couple of days to remind me. They also called me twice the very day to take him. Told them I was still coming earlier that day. Also they called while I was on the way there and told them I was ten minutes away. When I got there. I told them who I was and why I was there. They had me wait about twenty minutes. Then came to me and asked if I could bring another day. I told them no. What the hell did they keep calling me for if they wasnt going to be there of who I needed. I am furious. While I was there. The girl came to me and asked if I was alright paying 29.95. I said yes. If I were to even bring him back after all that. I believe they should have said for free. I really believe they want you to bring them back to bring in money their way, and away from you. They dont care about your money as long as you feed them.

Service was absolutely horrible!! When I called, the gentleman was very nice but when I got up there, the lady with the blonde afro has a tremendous attitude problem. She wouldnt answer my questions and kept cutting me off while im speaking, refused to get the gentleman that I spoke to earlier and she just kept saying has been there 12yrs! I dont care, your not any help...i dont deal with rude people .....get me anyone else!! So I took my money to briarcliff!! It may cost more but at least there not rude!! Total disappointment! This USED to be my go to store but upper manager needs to retrain some of there short tempered, no information workers!!

Terrible Customer Service!!!! I tried to drop off my dog early for a comprehensive exam. Even though no one was waiting, I was told I had to wait until my official check in time before I could check in my dog. Really???? If you want to be treated with respect, then dont go to this Banfield.

My experience was awful my pet was here 9am hrs and pick up was at 6 pm they did not have her ready when I ask all they say is sorry I apologize expect to wait forever if I come to this banfiel pet hospital on camp creek market place.

I just went in to get a small feral kitten we rescued to receive some attention because it had a bad wound. Although we got into an hr before the closing time, we were sent 20 minutes away to get someone to help.

I am an over the road truck driver and my puppy travels with me. The clinic worked my puppy in for suture removal and follow up after spaying. I and my pup had a great experience with all of them.

The only doctor I trust with my Boxer babies, Jack and Jill, is Dr K. Poteete. Good listening skills and isnt quick to prescribe meds without hearing all the symptoms.

Opened till 5 pm arrived at 3:55 said they wouldnt see the little kitten that we found hurt. Cause the dr was about to stop. Total bullshit. Laziness.
