I couldnt have had a better experience with Best Pets. From the first phone call to schedule an appointment, to the friendliness of the staff, to the way my dogs were treated as if they were the only patients...it was such a nice experience. For me, its so nice to call a doctor or vet and get through on the first call, or not be put on hold for ten minutes. Ive had a lot of this lately. Also, they apparently have $99 dental cleanings in Jan and Feb. I barely missed out on this, but Ill likely still have it done. Thank you, Dr. Parr!

Weve been extremely pleased Tender Care. Theyve been great about working us in for emergencies. The doctors always listen to any concerns and answer all our questions. Last time we took one of our cats they even called the next day to see how she was doing. I also like that they immediately take you to an exam room when you come in. The shorter a cat has to be in a carrier, the better! They are gentle with our cats and recognize that they are very scared and anxious at the vet. I highly recommend Tender Care!

Went there last week with my Dog who had lost control of his back legs. The other vet (cannot think of her hame) gave him a shot and put him on some pain meds. The next night at 3 in the morning he began howling in pain and died 20 minutes later. I cannot help but feel as this other vet was more interested in getting our money and sending us on our way. If you must use this office. Then only see Donna as she is fantastic. One other person at my workplace feels the same way so this is not an isolated incident

We had a emergency with our little Yorkie Dr Erica Berman-Thacker was very quick to take Ozzy back and look him over to see the extent of his injuries. She is very willing to help where she can to let you know the best options for the pet and to help with the cost of the vet bill.. Very professional and in my opinion she is in the vet business for the right reasons. Thats to help keep the pet with the owners and provide the pet with the best out come.

Everyone at this clinic is nice, caring and very knowledgable. I was extremely nervous about caring for my diabetic cat but they made me feel very comfortable. I am now confident I can handle this situation. With their excellent care, my cat is now enjoying things he couldnt do before having this disease diagnosed. I highly recommend this clinic.

Best Pets Animal Clinic is great! They are always kind and compassionate with our fur babies. When we had to have our oldest Maltese, Molly, put to sleep they went above and beyond for us and the care of our sick little girl. Dr. Parr is amazing and a great vet and the whole staff is wonderful! We wouldnt go anywhere else!

Well if i could giv 0 stars i would! Best pets? Not..... my dog is laying here dying in my kitchen floor and not a single place in this town will see him on an emergency basis.... i get paid well over a thousand dollars in 2 days but no one cares about the dog..... they want their money.... disgusting....

Thank you Best Pets.....Took my girl Lacy for a check-up and couldnt ask for a better group of people to care for her. Dr Parr was great she took the time to listen to answer my questions,the care she and her staff shown was outstanding. Would highly recommend them.....

Absolutely great place to take my Dog! They understood immediately she was wary of trusting them due to being badly abused before I adopted her. They gave me some good tips, and what they recommended helped my Cheyenne. I am so glad I found this Vet!

The staff is always friendly helpful and efficient. They were very compassionate when I put one of my dogs down that I had had almost 16 yrs before losing him to cancer. I wont take my pets anywhere else.
