I have a dog with aggression issues. I am so nervous that something bad will happen every time I take him to the vet.. They took his leash and took him to the back, they did a FANTASTIC job. He was not stressed out, he even let the vet pet him. For my dog that is a VERY BIG DEAL. This is the only vet I have ever been to that took time out to make sure my dog was okay instead of just throwing a muzzle on him and getting him out of the door. The person below must have this place confused.. They trim nails for free with the visit. Both of my pups came out with trimmed nails at no cost to me. For 2 dogs I had worm check, ear infection treatment, uti treatment, hear worm meds for both dogs, 2 rabies vaxs, 1 parvo vax,& worm check for my puppy I spend under $300. That is a fair price seeing that they both had an some sort of infection that required meds. They are great people and fair priced.

5 stars isnt enough! This place is AMAZING! Ive never had an issue getting an appointment, they are helpful when I call in with questions, and Dr Stratman takes so much time explaining everything and answering any questions I have also never waited long in the waiting room or back in the exam room. Other people have complained about price but compared to the other places Ive gone I think they are very resaonable. Unlike other vets this place is not a bandaid station, they really do want to fix your animals! I will recommend them.to everyone I know. The things Dr Stratman has suggested for Carson has changed our lives. We really feel like going there was one of the best decisions we ever made!

Went there for a long time and paid their much higher prices. But recently I declined to go to get shots that were NOT necessary. Then yesterday I found my darling Maltese laying in her bed unresponsive and called them and asked to speak to Dr Smith as it was an emergency. He REFUSED to come to the phone and has the receptionist tell me to just bring her in. This didnt help at all an then I see that she wasn’t breathing and had her tongue just hanging out with her eyes open. Felt no heartbeat or breath. She just died on me right there and he would NOT even take a call. Also each time I went in, he tried to sell me expensive exams that had recently been completed fine. They are just GREEDY.

Horrible first time experience! I wanted to try them out so I used their promotion for a free physical for first time customers. I felt the staff tried to pressure me into getting vaccinations, flea treatments, dewormer, and other things that my puppy had already received elsewhere. They talked down to me the entire time and got annoyed when I didnt give in to them and asked questions. When I finally asked for a price list to consider Dr.Smith said you can get it at the front desk and walked out of the room. I went to the front desk and was looked over and ignored by the women at the desk. So I walked out and I will NEVER return. Dont waste your time here!

I started out taking my new puppy here about a year ago. I was a new dog owner and the two veterinarians that I worked with were both so helpful. They actually spent time with you when in the office and would do phone consultations (like that time my puppy that poisonous plant). I have nothing but praise for the service from the vets themselves. However, the prices are ridiculous. Now that Ive done more research and have been checking with offices, I am realizing that I payed double or even triple for services here. Getting my dog neutered cost almost $500 and a simple nail trim costs $19. Buyer beware. Its outstanding service but it will break the bank!
