Used for boarding several times. Started OK on a good note but this last time made me realize that will never board my animals here again! I boarded two cats and a small dog. First, all of a sudden there prices were jacked up from 18 a night for cat to 25 a night and I was not aware of this. Then when I came to pick up my pets, I was asking about the price change and this very rude girl Hannah came out and couldnt assist. I have never seen someone hate her job so much. She huffed and puffed and when I asked her if there was a problem, she said no, and just walked away from me. She gets my cats then gets my dog and PRACTICALLY THROWS HIM AT ME!!! She should NOT be working at a Vet with that personality and also, I do not trust her to be caring for my animals. Then i get home and take my cats out of the crate and they are COVERED IN URINE!!! Dry and wet. You mean to tell me that they did not realize this in four days that something was wrong. I even called and spoke to Tyler who said everything was OK just one of my cats had a "little accident". Little?? I had to give my cats a bath and one of them has bronchial issues and stressed out so much he could not breathe! They may be a good vet, I would not know, but for sure I can tell you that if you want your pets to be carefully watched, then this is not a place to board your animals. My dog was shaking when he came back to me. Never have any of my dogs been that way at other places. Please, do not board your animals here if you care about their well being while you are away!

Back in 2012, Dr. Denning took great care of one of our cats who was diagnosed with an eye tumor that required removal of the eye. The tumor turned out to be malignant, but the biopsy indicated a clean removal so kudos to Dr. Denning for her skill there. She and her friendly team helped greatly with post-op as well, answering our many questions during the recovery process, pre-measuring medicine doses into syringes, and helping out when we had trouble administering. Since then, all of our 3 cats have gone to CVH for regular checkups, medical issues, etc. and all handled professionally and caringly. Other staff are equally friendly and helpful.

We recently saw Dr Wesley to address some nail issues in my young dog. She was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to help us determine the correct diagnosis, which happened to be a fairly rare autoimmune condition. She then referred us out to a very competent specialist when we needed specialized care. I would highly recommend Dr Wesley and Crossville.

I recently moved to the area from Columbus Georgia. I have two Labrador retrievers, one of them has had reoccurring spots on her belly. Two different vets told me it was nothing to worry about. Dr. Denning saw that and took the steps to treat her. She has a low auto immune system. I am very greatful for her and her staff. They take great care of my girls.

I am very particular about where I take my furbaby and I definitely trust these vets with my pup! They explain everything to me in normal terms instead of confusing me into extra tests like other vets have in the past with me. They are very reasonably priced as well. My dog loves them too, which is a lot to say for my mini doxie!

My friends and I had a puppy run away down Hwy 92 and called every vet in the area to try to find her. Adrienne answered the phone and was by far the nicest and most helpful of any person we talked to that day. We had a great interaction and we would definitely take our pups here in the future!

Any good doc must have intuition. After spending over $700 on protocol steps at a Benfield they couldnt tell me anything. Dr. Denning found the problem in minutes.

Dr. Denning should not have recommended the non-anesthetic teeth cleaning for my dog that has periodontal disease. This made her lose more teeth.
