I was referred to Trusted Friend Animal Clinic by a coworker. I was previously taking my dog somewhere else but needed a clinic closer to home that could fit us in immediately. My German Shepherd was attacked by a loose dog and its owner in our apartment complex. The owner of the loose dog then tackled and squeezed our dogs head so hard that it caused his blood vessels in his eyes to burst turning the whites solid red. The front office staff and veterinarian fit us in the same day I called and were very understanding of the last minute appointment, even though I was also a new client. Because our dog was recently attacked and showing signs of fear aggression, I asked that we not run into other dogs at our visit. They told me to let them know when I arrived, and theyd make sure we were ushered through an empty waiting room to our appointment room. The clinic is very well designed and laid out. It was very clean and organized. The front office personnel was friendly and professional despite my husband and I being a bit scattered. We were worried about our dog and they were calm and patient with us the entire visit. Our dog was a nervous mess, constantly moving and whining but they never got annoyed with him or us. I am very thankful for their availability and customer service. We will likely be returning for future visits. The only downside is the location, Roswell Road is always a pain to navigate but we entered off Hammond Road which made it easier. The parking lot was very busy but there were available parking spaces. I will likely just plan my visits around regular commuting hours to avoid the congestion.

Im extremely pleased !! Can you imagine... having a consultation with a veterinarian (Dr. Hayley Grove) who actively listens -- first to your concerns and preferences regarding your pets condition and treatment?? Dr. Groves "hands on" approach and thoughtful consideration of current and future treatment options (including holistic, acupuncture and herbal treatments) was very reassuring. My Scottish Terrier Fergus was very happy with Dr. Groves thorough examination and enthusiastically accepted her friendly manner and every delicious mini-treat offered to gain his confidence. If you are looking for a convenient, "user-friendly" veterinary clinic thats not run with a "one size fits all" mentality, Dr. Hayley Grove and Trusted Friend Animal Clinic are the answer to your prayers.

I discovered Trusted Friend Animal Clinic when searching for a vet close to Sandy Springs. While I wanted a clinic in the Sandy Springs area, I wanted first and foremost to be sure that my pets would receive quality care from someone with a natural gift for caring for animals. After reading the online reviews, I felt comfortable trying out Trusted Friend. I have now been to the clinic several times, and I am very happy with the care given by Dr. Grove and her veterinary technicians. They are clearly animal lovers and have taken such great care of my pets. I am glad to have found them!

After using a well known chain vet for years I decided it was time to move on following a very bad experience when our dog was boarded for 4 days. After checking out several vets online I decided to give Trusted Friend a try. I practically had to drag Satori in our former vet office and she could not wait to get away. No problems here. She entered without a fuss and was not in a rush to get out in spite of getting her nails trimmed (which she hates) and a vaccination. She even stood still while Hayley took her picture. I cant say enough good things about Trusted Friend.

Trusted Friend does everything they can to take care of your pet. Dr. Grove and Dr. Edward are both amazing. Dr. Edward did a surgery on my dog back in Nov. to remove a mass on my dogs eye and after it healed you cannot even tell a growth was there. Recently my dog has had some health problems and Dr. Edward has gone above and beyond to help Sunshine and myself through this difficult time in figuring out what is wrong with her. He is even a frequent guest on the tv show, ABCs The Doctors!! I cant thank this clinic enough.

I really, really like Dr. Grove and the staff at Trusted Friend! Both of my dogs are now under her care and she is very sweet with them when conducting their examination, and very thorough with me in explaining the vaccinations, procedures and follow up care. The next day I received a call from the staff just to check in on my dogs after their visit. Thats a nice touch. Also, this clinic is new so it looks great, feels clean w/out that antiseptic smell, and has a very nice and spacious waiting room.

I loved my recent visit to see Dr. Grove at Trusted Friend Animal Clinic. She and her staff were very friendly, clearly cared for animals, and were very calming: Ive never seen my cat so chilled out during a vet visit! I appreciated that Dr. Grove took the time to explain treatment options for my cat before we settled on what we both agreed was most appropriate. The new facility is really neat, too. Im looking forward to coming back with my dog when its time for his check-up!

They also work with Angels Among Us pet rescue which is a local non-profit rescue group that my wife and I work with, so weve also taken foster puppies and dogs to Trusted Friend before and have always had a great experience

For anyone looking for an awesome vet who cares about your pet as much as you, Trusted Friend is it. Not only is doctor Grove thorough but she and her staff will go the extra mile. Im extremely impressed with the tenacity doctor Grove demonstrates with our pets, our concerns and her goal to keep them happy and healthy. Its a comfort knowing my kiddos are getting the best care possible.

We have been bringing our cat to Dr. Grove and the lovely staff at Trusted Friend for a little over a year and a half. We just love the high level of care and attention that everyone in the office gives. Even though our cat can be a handful, everyone in the office is kind and accommodating. I cant say enough good things about this clinic!

Dr. Grove was incredible today! She was very patient with us and answered all of our questions about our new puppy. She was attentive to our puppy, gave him praise and treats. Very reasonable pricing as well! Dr. Grove is definitely going to be our vet for our puppy.

They are extremely caring over at Trusted Friend Animal Clinic. They never seem to cut the visit short, theyll take all of the time that you need. She goes into detail explaining everything. I am always impressed with the amount of time that she spends with us.
