If I could give this place negative stars, I would. According to the About Us page on West Vinings Pediatrics website: "Our practice is the result of the dream to create a certain type of practice – one that not only delivers excellent health care, but also treats every child and family with the attention and respect they deserve. Our patients and their families are special and we want for them to feel that way." ...lack thereof. My family was not treated this way. Dr. White was fine for routine well visits but when my 9 month old had her first cold, we were very disappointed with the lack of response or concern for our repeated phone calls. I had to call a total of three times before I was able to speak to someone, and their first instinct was to provide excuses and debate with me about failed attempts to reach me, rather than focusing on the health of my child and inquiring about her symptoms. No mother likes seeing her child sick and what makes matters worse is the lack of acknowledgement to any concern be it big or small. I would not recommend this practice. If you care about your loved ones, this is not the place for you.

I have been bringing my girls to Dr. White for 2 years now. I have changed to her practice after a bad experience from a different pediatrician. She has been great so far. She takes all the time you need to answer questions. Easy to get appointments and get sick visits. Waiting time used to be longer, but it is very quick now. She is not into recommending medicine right away and tries the natural methods first. I really like her and her staff. I was also surprised to see a complaint about the vaccines. Because they have always provided records to me right after the shot and they were always on top of it.

Dr. White is nice and fine for illness. If you want any kind of say in your childs vaccine schedule this is not the practice for you. I discussed with my wife that my child should have one combination shot (pediatrix). I called to ask for the records (since it wasnt provided the TOS) which I received in a timely manner (thank you admin staff). Turns out they administered pediatrix and three other vaccines. Not cool

The wait wasnt terribly long and the office is pleasant and simple. Dr. White was great with my 3 year old daughter. She was thorough and I didnt feel like we were in a robotic practice where computers dictated my childs care. We will return with my son and hope to continue here long term.

Dr. White and staff are AMAZING!!!! Absolutely love them. I truly enjoy that they know my child and I by name when we come in. Always pleasant and welcoming. They always answer any questions I have and we always leave with stickers and smiles. Highly recommended!!!

Unless you have high dollar insurance, dont bother calling or taking your child here. Youll never get in. They are NOT accepting new patients. Terrible service.
