I have been coming to this practice for over 10 years. I have 5 kids total 4 girls and 1 boy. We have enjoyed and experienced great customer service and physician care over the years. All 3 physicians are great with parents and most importantly are child friendly. Before bringing my kids to this office i first hand experienced the the professionalism and observed how the physicians interacted with their staff as well as patients. When I first met this group i was a pharmaceutical sales rep so i saw things that made me feel comfortable to put my kids health and care in their loving hands. I always believe that if the staff is happy then the Dr is always going to be happy providing good patient care. I pass by 3 other pediatric offices in the north Cobb area to get to this office here in Woodstock.

Do not go to this office. The office staff is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Weve only seen them for 2 months and they have managed to mess up several times. Theyve referred me to specialists OUTSIDE our network (while telling me they were in network), threatened to report us to DFCAS (after they failed to their job), made appointments for the wrong child and not called back (several times) when they said they would. They are absolutely the worst pediatrician weve ever been too.
