Great vet and staff. They are knowledgeable and caring. Dr.Craig always does his best to diagnose a problem, using the least invasive and less expensive testing, when possible. I have always had giant breed doggies and anyone who has been a pet parent to these big babies knows that it takes very little treatment/tests to rack up a tremendous bill. Hes also very honest and realistic with the services that his facility is able to offer. If diagnosis requires a specialist, for example a neurosurgeon, he will suggest it. He wont bleed you dry for treatment and tests if he believes that inevitably your pet will require more extensive diagnostic testing at a specialist facility. .My vet prior to Dr. Craig, charged me for the same medication repeatedly for the treatment of a reoccuring condition that required a surgical procedure, instead of referring me to a specialist that was qualified and equipped to do what was necessary to cure the problem. They have a Clean facility, no long wait for app. times, very reasonable rates, compassionate and competent docs and staff. They are the best!

I LOVE this place. My son started taking his dog here as a puppy and when he left home and did not take the dog with him, I continued taking him to Best Friends. Marvin is not the friendliest of dogs, although he is progressing, but Best Friends has done everything needed to make him more comfortable and continued to accept him as a patient. We now take our other dog here as well. They are very accommodating and try hard to fit you in if YOU feel it is an emergency. We normally see Dr. Craig, but have also seen Dr. Deni and we love both of them. They always take the time needed to explain everything to you. I have never had to wait a long time to get in either, even when being "fit" into the schedule. I have used many vets over the years and BEST FRIENDS is truly the BEST!

Our three dogs have been cared for by Dr. Deni and the very excellent team of folks there. We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Deni and the staff at Best Friends. They treat you like family, spend time with you explaining things and go the extra mile for your pets care. We have lived all over the world and have yet to find a more personable, compassionate or caring vet or clinic anywhere. We feel truly blessed to have found her and Best Friends and we want everyone to know this is the best around. Thank you for taking such good care of both us and our pets. We are so grateful to all of you.

I visited Best Friends with my German Shepherd, who has had long-term health issues that were not able to be addressed by our previous veterinarian. The staff was friendly, the facility super-clean, and best of all, the vet I worked with was wonderful. He explained every detail of my dogs health issue, helped me select a better food to address my dogs needs, and developed a long-term plan to keep him healthy. My dog has responded very well to the new food and the treatment, which has been a been relief for us. We plan to continue to use Best Friends as our veteriarnian.

I have taken my dog to BFs 4 times. Twice for shots and check up and Twice for oral surgery. The second time I did call around to 2 other local vets in the area that I would consider my primary alternates. The pricing was comparable. BFs give military, and other discounts. Most of the workers are very friendly and the vets have been nothing but friendly talkative animal lovers. I would recommend this vet, and trust that they would take great care of my dog. The facility is newer, clean, and comfortable.

The folks here are so nice. I brought my axolotl 45 minutes to this clinic after I found blood in his water, and Dr Craig walked me through his whole thought process and everything he did while examining my pet. He was very knowledgable about such an uncommon animal and he made me feel a lot better about my little ones health. Thanks so much everyone! Steve is back in his main tank, cooling fans running and water bottles being changed out! Hopefully hell be a little more comfortable and can heal up :)

I brought my cat in for a check up as he wasnt acting like himself as of recent. The Nurse, Maura, was very accommodating of my very scared and stressed kitty. She worked around my arms as I held him to keep him comfortable, she was very friendly and kind to my kitty as well. Dr. Hemmett was very helpful and friendly and treated my cat very well while checking him further. They treated him quickly and gave me some very helpful tips. They have earned my respect and business in the future!

We took our dog, Akira, in for an appointment. Dr Deni had taken care of my cat previously and I was impressed with her professional and caring attitude towards pets and their humans. Unfortunately, our sweet girl had lymphoma and we had to put her down. Dr Deni and the staff were so kind, caring, respectful and patient during the entire process. Very fair rates, extremely competent, and excellent staff...what more could you ask for?

Im surprised about the bad rating below - maybe she has her places mixed up :^) Weve taken out cats and dog here, and have been completely satisfied. A couple of years ago, we had a sick kitten and our regular vet had given up on him and told us nothing could be done. The doctors and staff at Best Friends went out of their way to give our baby a fighting chance. Ill never take my pets anywhere else.

Ive had many vets in different places over the years and Best Friends is one of the most amazing ones Ive ever had the occasion to go to. Dr. Craig is on top of the very latest in pet health as well as being kind and caring and Dr. Deni is so sweet and kind as well. The staff are helpful and most have been there for a long time, which in the veterinary field tells you a LOT about the practice.

THE BEST VET EVER!!! My dog Baileigh is deathly afraid of any vet office, but Dr. Joyce-Staehle spent over 30 minutes at our visit just to get to know her and calm her down. They even called to follow up to see how she was doing. I have never experienced a vet this great! We are thankful for the amazing service.

This review is for the veterinary services, as I have not used the resort part yet. The primary vet (Dr. Staehle) is the best vet, in my view, I have ever taken my many dogs and cats (over the years) to. He doesnt rush the visit and is extremely professional and courteous. I have complete confidence in him!

I started coming because Dr. Craig is the only one in the area who will see exotics. I have been to Best Friends many times. Dr. Craig is very knowledgeable. The staff is great. They have seen my dog, my cat, 2 lizards, 3 rats, and at least 2 of my snakes. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
