If I could give you below a 1 star I would!! Of all places you would think a vet would be accepting to letting a man and his dogs traveling cross county to rest under a shade tree in 90 weather!! Nope, instead they call the cops and have them removed! They didnt hurt a thing and never left trash behind. They were just resting in the shade before it cooled down and they moved along. My vet would have invited them inside to cool off or at least checked on the dogs. I guess the staff at Crossgates Veterinary Clinic arent "Professional and Courteous and trained to provide excellent patient service." Like they say they are!! YOU HEARTLESS JERKS!! SHAME ON YOU!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!

You couldnt ask for a kinder more caring staff than that of Crossgates! They care about each customer and pet that comes through that door! There is story after story of happy customers and I am certainly one of them!

This clinic for pets is outstanding. All the staff and doctors are a blessing from heaven. They saved my dog Oreo. She couldnt walk and this vet had her walking in 8 weeks now surgery. My wife and I love you all.
