Im someone who hasnt always had the best customer service experience at dental offices. When I found Universal Dental in the South Loop, I was more than skeptical. But the warm and friendly staff have been a breath of fresh air any time I come in for an appointment. I feel able to freely express my concerns and get the care I need in an open and non judgmental environment. I think Dentists often get the reputation of being mean and unfriendly. Universal Dental is no where near that stereotype.

Dr. Nader is AWESOME! He was incredibly helpful, thorough, and informative. Its obvious Dr. Naders main priority is making sure his patients are comfortable and get the best dental care possible. He took all the time needed to ensure I was comfortable and that I understood the status of my teeth. His office is equipped with videos so that, as a patient, I can learn about relevant teeth conditions and how to best mitigate these conditions while receiving dental care. Highly recommend.

Dra. Carolina Boege provided a wonderful experience, was very professional, and had an excellent attitude. Plus Universal Dental gives very reasonable prices! Me and my family are glad to be part of Universal Dental, highly recommend!! All of our family gets a cleanings with Hygienist Natalie Yonan every 4 months, we are very happy with the service. She is quick, accurate, nice, and has a great personality. We will always recommend.

Dr Carolina is amazing. Im not going often to dentists, but she gave me The best experience. She explained in detail what needed to be done with out pushing to sell. I did a deep cleaning on my teeth and had no pain. She was very gentle and made sure that I was comfortable

Avoid at all costs, unless you like showing up and being told that your appointment was rescheduled. I think the one person that wrote the review is an employee. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I should not have shown up.
