The staff is very rude. The doctor although bubbly and seemingly cheerful is actually very passive aggressive and extremely unprofessional. After I shared some concern for the way my children were being treated she was extremely defensive going as far as asking my child who was in her chair at the time with her mouth open and a tool in her mouth if she was too harsh as I suggested. Wow! Very disappointed. I was holding back tears as we left.

The staff is terrible could never be seen for later visits. Extractions available only one day during the week in the middle of the day. " People have jobs!!" Dr. Roshini is great, Receptionist is terrible and the techs have lack of training. Took 2 hours just for 4 x ray pictures. Then after that, she took x-rays of the wrong side. My family and I will not be returning. Thanks for wasting my time and my insurance funds.

Appointments are done with great care . The staff greet the patients warmly, when we visit them. There is very minimal waiting time. The doctor is friendly, caring and absolutely knowledgeable. The doctors memory is very sharp. Even if we forget a certain medication taken by us an year or two ago, she remembers and knows our conditions very well. A good place where you can trust that the dental health is taken care of.

Weve been going to Ogden Valley and been seeing Dr. Roshini for 5 years. Prior to landing at Ogden Valley we had seen several dentists and since switching weve found now need to look further. We are not over treated, as we felt scammed by other dentists. They make our kids feel safe and welcomed and we feel we get the best cleanings possible. Thanks Ogden Valley!

Went in for a possible extraction, the Dentist was very rude, yelling out my situation to the point that everyone could hear. I ended up leaving that horrible, horrible dirty and outdated place. No wonder its in a strip mall, couldnt quality for any other upscale place in Naperville.
