Great docs, lousy customer service! The actual people who perform the services are great (dental "surgeons" and nurses) BUT the entire rest of the services stink. 1st They want $500 to obtain a copy of my xrays - this is an "administrative fee". What a rip off! 2nd My implant took several months longer than promised due entirely to the office staff. In October they didnt have the January calendar in place so couldnt book the std 3-mo follow-up visit. They promised to call to schedule and didnt. When I finally called them, I couldnt get appointment for 2 months . Also, when they say the tooth will be in in 4 wks, plan it to take 3 months before its in your mouth because they wont schedule the appt until it comes in and then it takes another 2 months to get appointment. 3rd I was required to pay 100% up front then it took almost a year before all the work was done. To add insult, they forgot theyd made me pay up front, so when I came in for implant after bone graft had healed, I had to talk with 3 different people before theyd start the work. One wouldve been okay (people do forget) but 3 - that was rude! Bottom line - with all the money they spend on advertising they should be spend some on customer service. They dont really care about you.

I was hesitant to go after what I read the one and only review written about this clinic. But I went anyway because I need to see someone soon and that is only review and no other to compare. I waited 1 hour from my appointment and asked them how soon would I be able to see the doctor and she said few more minutes. So I waited few more minutes and she called me again, and said that she is not sure how soon the doctor can see me because they over booked the patients. She wanted to reschedule another day. I told her that is not appropriate and I am disappointed.

My experience with Eon Clinics at the Hoffman estates office from my consultation with Gretta to the actual all on 4 procedure was great!! Gretta was available any time of the day with any questions or concerns I had. All the staff including doctor Dryer, Amanda and Nancy were very caring. They calmed all my fears about getting the all on 4. I would recommend Eon Clinics to anyone !!

I went to the Hoffman Estates office for all on 4 upper and lower. The experience could not have been better from start to finish. Sure it was expensive, but I just got my permanent teeth today and went out for a big steak dinner. They did everything they said they would do and I couldnt be happier. Everyone on the staff took great care to help me at every step.

Honestly the best work and treatment I have ever had receiving services as a customer. I felt that I left their office with a priceless work of art in my mouth. So grateful to know that dentistry exists at such a high level.Ill never go anywhere else.
