I am so glad we decided to go to an animal clinic closer to our home. Previously we went to a clinic that took 30 plus minutes to get to. Anyway, we adopted a kitty from PetSmart February 2012 and took her to Chicago Heights Animal Hospital to be declawed (I know, but she really loves wood and nothing else), but I really liked the way the staff and the doctors treated both my cat and me. In December 2012 one of my other cats became very sick, we thought she was dying. She is not, she has diabetes. A quick determination by Dr. Van Voorst followed up by blood work. Happily, Maggie is doing extremely well with treatment. Now, another cat has been having seizures and I feel we have such a great outpouring of concern for our kitties I dont want to take them anywhere else. The staff is great, all three doctors are great. I love it that they get just as excited as I do about my cats getting better. It means a lot to me. They are very kind and never look at me funny when I get emotional about my "babies." Thank you Chicago Heights Animal Hospital. Polly, Maggie and Trixie love you all, too!
