Best Eye Exam EVER! Schedule on a Thursday, appointment on a Friday, Glasses will be ready early next week (7 days at the latest). Honest and Chris did not push me towards something I didnt want or couldnt afford. Dr. Bob made sure he had answered all my questions and I was comfortable with my exam and the results. All about Eyes was able to sell me two pairs of glasses (one prescription sunglasses with polarized lenses) for less than the cost of one pair at a competitor last year. They made my whole experience easy including my insurance. Looking forward to seeing them again next year!

My visit to this location was great. The doctor was very thorough with my eye exam. Explained each step and answered all my questions. The staff is very courteous and attentive, they make you feel welcome since your first step in the shop and you can tell it is not fake. They helped me with my choices and what was more suitable for me. The prices are so good that apart from getting new glasses I decided to update my prescription on all my older glasses. I would highly recommend this store and will definitely come back.

I am impressed by the amount of time that Dr. "Bob" spent to get the prescription for my contacts just right. He does not just say, "thats what the reading is" and give you that prescription. He allows you to test it out in real life. The last time it took us about 2 months of biweekly visits. This time I returned once and am still impressed. Megan T was super helpful in getting me a $60 rebate that I had not expected, considering they already had price matched the lenses for me. Thanks to all.

I chose this location based on other reviews and I am glad I did. The doctor was attentive and wanting to be sure the new contacts I receive were comfortable and effective, as I was having issues with the prior brand I was using. Steve was helpful and funny each visit. Thank you all for presenting outstanding service! Pricing is very reasonable. They are considered out-of-network for my eye insurance, but they took care of all the paperwork and was still affordable compared to places in-network.

I have been going to this location for a while and I have never had a bad experience. I switched vision insurance lately and All About Eyes is not considered in network for me but I will continue to come here. The doctor and staff are always friendly. Megan T laid out all my options and even helped me pick out a pair of frames I would have never chosen for myself but I love them! Even being out of network everything was still very affordable and Ill be back when its time for my next appointment.

Ive been using All About Eyes for glasses and contacts for about four years and have loved it every time. Though there is the occasional wait for the busy staff, when they get to help you it is always one-on-one with no rush to push you out the door. The doctor is very friendly and took his time during the exam, being sure I felt comfortable and didnt have any questions. I drive out of the city to come to this office because of their great service!

I continue with visits every two years to AllAboutEyes in Collinsville. Dr Bobak Rafati has past records of my eye exams and takes the time to explain cataract issues, as well as possible glasses and different tint lens, or contact lenses. Very professional run office, with appreciation for their customers. Excellent place to get eyes exams as well as a variety of glass frames to be purchased.

I was able to get a same day appointment on short notice and was greeted with the friendliest faces. The exam was quick and Dr. Rafati explained everything thoroughly. I Love All about eyes in Collinsville Il. The people there where very helpful and the doctor was awesome. Seen them over the weekend June 03 and I was in and out for my eye exam. My appointment was at 11:30 am I was back taking eye exam test by 11:35. The doctor is so awesome when discussing your eyes its like you speaking to a college buddy he is so professional and laid back.
