First of all the wait is long and the office is very disorganized. Although they give you appointment for a particular time they do not keep up to the time. So good luck waiting. The doctor that examined was not skillfull in fixing my problem and I will return to a different dentist to fix it again. Infact I am continuing to write after my visit today - long wait for more than one hour. doctor examines me (a different one) and says that the dentist that did my filling had not done it right. So he prescribes his approach that costs me 12oo bucks even after my insurance paying for some. If you are thinking of getting an appointment here keep it as your last option. I am having to return because I have no other options. Again not a good place to choose. To sum it up I would say if you like your body and do not want to experience pain please do not choose this facility (consider me a philanthropist)

The people who work there are all unprofessional and careless. I found one doctor who used to practice there but to no supreme she is gone. The next doctor I saw was rough, didnt take time to care about anything and had an attitude with me too! My son went and she drilled his teeth without anesthetics! He felt all of the pain! Being that he is 3, he remembers this and now is afraid to go back to the dentist. When my daughter witnessed this, she was afraid to go and when I tried to convince her nicely the doctor replied with this, "If shes not willing to be seen you will have to take her to a specialist instead but we are not specialists." This woman sickens me! I can promise you I will report this place as well as the doctor here in any way I can!

I dont understand the negative reviews. I called as a first time patient for an appointment for my wife. The receptionist was very courteous and accommodating. She needed an appointment ASAP for a cavity she just found. They could have gotten her in the same day, however she could not get in that day. They gave her an appointment the next day. I went with her and everyone was amazing. The facility is extremely clean. She received x-rays, two fillings and a teeth cleaning. Everything was accomplished in this one visit, making it unnecessary to return for another appointment. The dentist and assistant were very professional. This will be the place we will return to in the future. I highly recommend this Dental Practice. -

The manager is extremely rude, and the quality of care here is questionable. DONT GO TO THIS DENTIST! I didnt feel confident the person looking at my teeth knew what they were doing. When I tried to get my records, so I could go to a different dentist, they avoided sending me my records. First it needed to be approved by corporate (which takes 3 weeks for some reason), then they never sent me my records. I called them 3 days in a row, and they said the manager would email me the x-rays that day. They never sent me an email. Finally I went in to talk to them in person, and the manager was extremely rude. Dont go to this Dentist, if you can avoid it.

I read all of the bad reviews and was very hesitant on going here but I had absolutely no issues at all. My friend recommend the place. The staff was nice and helpful. The only thing I didnt like was that my kids were promised stickers and toothbrushes but didnt receive them. I didnt realize it until we had left so we stopped by Walmart to solve the problem. Other than that I had a filling done, my daughter also got a filling and my son got a check up. I will be returning in a couple days for another filling. I love that they are able to get you scheduled for an appointment so quickly!

Worst Dentist Office I took my daughter to this dentist about 1 or 2 years ago. Almost every appointment she had at this location was 1 hour or longer. If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter had 5 cavities when I took her to Dental Dreams in Joliet. So far 4 out of the the 5 cavities that were filled got infected because they werent filled right. This place is a joke and a waist of time and money. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone I know or care for. Now all the money I waisted to get the problem fix at this place. Im paying again because they didnt do the job right.

This place takes forever. They never see you even close to your appointment time. If you set an appointment expect to not be seen for an hour or more! Very disorganized. We even called ahead. Did they ask us to come later? Of course not. I will never go here again. And no they dont apologize.

Had no issues was fast any easy the wait time wasnt long at all this place is good I recommend this place the other reviews are wrong because I have had no infections or anything and they have been very jentle with my teeth

The office manager us unprofessional, rude, sarcastic and does not line people. The rest of the staff is fantastic. The office manager obviously does not care about satisfaction ratings either. Her name is Sara Adams.
