I liked the no "Bullshit" apporoach Dr. Mykle took with my situation & treatment it appears at this time everything will be treated in one location (at the office) and not at different locations. My first visit went better than I had an anticipated . I do not enjoy going to the dentist and have not many favorable experiences. This was a positive event, and I am optimistic about about further appointments.

This was the best dental experience I have had. They were incredibly friendly, personable, and attentive. My only two (minor) gripes are not being asked if I wanted to do a fluoride treatment, since it isnt covered by my insurance (and I didnt think to ask), and the wait to get seen by both the hygienist and dentist were a little long. That said, I will absolutely be going back!

The first time my wife and I went here the technician spent >20 min talking about nonsense, including upselling us on additional X-rays, and we didnt even get a cleaning.The second time, I managed to get a (painful) cleaning with a very rude hygienist, at the end of which I was informed that the dentist had left so couldnt examine me. There will not be a third time.

Ive been using this dentist for a few years now, but recently decided to move the kids over too. I was very impressed with how quickly they scheduled all four of my kids for cleanings & exams. I also thought they did a great job working with scared little ones! Dr Mykelby & his team are a one stop shop for our crew!

Dr. Mykleby is very good, and they are very reasonable. I liked it there, although I did have a snafu where I was told they accepted my insurance where in actuality they did not. They were very reasonable about the situation and they did not charge me for the full services due to the misunderstanding.
