I think Dr. Doyle is pretty good. He explains in detail and does not rush you out. I am finding that quick clinics accomplish the same thing though for minor illnesses. It seems if it is too in depth, knowledge is lacking a bit. I am not sure how much longer I can put up with the staff. I absolutely hate calling there, going there or asking any questions. I know the minute I am done speaking with them, they are making a rude comment. It is so unpleasent to deal with them. I am not sure why they are still there. There is no sympathy, caring, compassion or empathy there. Its like "Whats wrong now" kind of attitude and Im rarely even there, once or twice a year. I feel like I am bothering the staff when dealing with them. I try to be super sweet to see if I get that in return but not so much. I am thinking it may be time to move on. I would rather deal with pleasent people.

I give Dr. Doyle himself a rating of excellent. He is friendly, caring, and informative. His staff however, I give NO stars. The receptionist especially is absolutely terrible. She is cold, rude, unclean, and unkempt. She ignores questions, doesnt even crack a smile, and should not be working with the general public. I have been going to Dr. Doyle for over 8 years now, and I do not understand why he has not fired her yet. She makes the experience awful!
