Whent there at about 6 pm last it for an hour to be seen for an ear infection. Medecine was supposed to be send to pharmacy . when I got to pharmacy. They did not have anything. I tried calling the office and would transfer the call to answering service. The ansering service would say that they would not receive calls anymore so they forward the information to a on call doctor. I waited about 30 mins and they called me back saying prescription should be at pharmacy shortly. I called 3 times at diffrent times and nope no medecine. O sleept with the pain and no medecine . I try calling the Romeoville office in the morning and no one ever picks up.

So far this place seems to be good...I went there a couple of times and I was seen shortly after I checked in. The doctor was knowledgeable.
