Nice place. Secretary answer phones when need be and the wait time isnt too long. Very understanding when someone has to reschedule an appointment. However, some of the psychiatrists just gives patients pills and doesnt even bother to talk about the patients problems. I need someone to talk too as well. The pills help, but they arent solving my problems. When I asked for advice, my doctor told me to go look for advice on the internet. How rude! Also, instead of monitoring my social anxiety and depression symptoms, they care more about my weight and blood pressure. They even told me to fast! Im giving this place 3 stars because the other staff are fantastic, and treatment can be pretty quick. Its also very calm in the ultrasound rooms. They psychiatric care is rock bottom, but dont worry, the hole is filled with pills and useless food pyramid charts.

My daughter went there for depression/anxiety for about 6 months with hardly any result. Finally we switched doctors and right away, she is doing much better. The doctor there canceled twice on us at the last minute when we were already almost at her office. Still getting bills after almost half year. Nurse never calls back. The only star Im giving is for the good customer service at the front desk.

Giving thia place two stars is being nice. I have called and called and i left a message the first time since i had called before they were open. But i have never gotten a call back or had someone pick up the phone.... Like are you for real? Starting to wonder if this is even a viable business.
