Ive been coming here for about three years--since I went on Medicaid and could no longer gain access to the level of care I could once afford. This review is situated within the context that I understand and expect bottom-payer services to be terrible, especially in this society which seems to want to punish people who cannot "contribute". So, on the plus side, staff is very friendly, the care I receive has been competent and compassionate, its unusual to wait particularly long time for appointments--absolutely consistent with the top-tier services I received when I was working. Also, the facility provides space for cost-free services, such as NAMI and other support activities. Now, the downside. Responsiveness is very slow. So much so that my advice is simply go in if you cant get help on the phone. Not all services are available on Medicaid--at one point my doctor left and I had to wait months for his replacement (I did get prescription renewals in the meantime). This was more a feature of Medicaid than the facility, I believe. Also it can be difficult to get follow-up appointments, but again I think this is a feature of how many people they treat. In all, Id say that my experience here has been above my expectations (for medicaid level care), and if Im lucky enough to get better insurance in the future, this wont be the first thing I try to improve on. (Oh, and in response to a previous review, while that reviewers experience is certainly genuine and I think terrible, my calls are returned.)

You people are criminal. You have turned heroin addiction into disability & prescription & give brand new subsidized housing @ Philhaven in Wheeling & a lifetime voucher for it. The State, HACC, your donors, anyone I can get it to will know. Say hi to Shawn & his black tar heroin Bible Study group. Way to carry obese, lazy, unmotivated, never did anything but destroy his life by sticking himself with dirty needles & everything he could mooch in his mouth. You people are a shame upon society.

Horrible place! I have been calling and leaving dozens of messages for these case managers and NO calls are returned EVER!!!! I keep calling to see if I can actually speak to a live person other then the receptionist but I get nowhere. I cant imagine what it is actually like to be seen at this place and run out of your medication! Good luck getting that refilled while you freak out because you need your medication and YOU CANT GET HELP HERE!

They tried to double bill us for $241. 1. When we were there, I asked how much they would charge us but the receptionists said they didnt know. 2. I called them about the bill and left a message to call me back. They never did. I called my insurance company and told us to disregard their bills. They charged us for some wanna be psychiatrist giving my wife a prescription in just 20 minutes.

Marcel Proust said when people get miserable they get moral.. !. This alone states the mentality I received at the hands of this facility. They are also hiding parts of my records which is illegal.I am an Artist whereas they are con artists. I would never send anyone here let alone children.

My daughter goes here and is very happy with her therapy. Nice people, who she has to tell about northwest community a s she is afraidid of dying of thirst as they made the one woman almost die of thirst and they are hiding crimes on their feed

The reviews down below are fake. This facility ruined my sisters life by their mislabeling of her . They pulled something illegal by not giving her full records. Perhaps they will to an attorney.
