I hope now that its a Minute clinic this isnt its standard of care!!! I have never in my life been so insulted as i was when I took my children to this clinic. Usually there is a really awesome Nurse practitioner there. She is awesome. Unfortunately that was not the case today!!!! After waiting 20 minuets for this nurse to arrive, she proceeded to look at my child, then told me that I was "seeking" medicine and she was unable to help me with that. My child has had chronic sinus infections for the past 2 years. These infections if not treated with antibiotics will settle in her chest and she will have issue with her breathing. I brought to this clinic today (Sunday) because, I thought, and have been told many times that her symptoms were clear indicators (never been told I was seeking medicine before). Very unhappy with this place!!!

Im never one to leave negative reviews on site, but today Im very angry. One woman took over an hour in the room because she had the doctor check out her kids as well. When she left, I was thrilled because I was next in line out of 4 other people who were on the list and I had been waiting for over an hour already on that one woman. When the doctor came out, she called the person who just checked in less than 5 minutes ago. Everyone in the waiting rooms angry because we have all been waiting for a long time. The girl who got called in didnt even pre-register. Honestly, it would be faster to go to my regular doctor vs the "minute clinic."

Signed in at Clinic the screen said that there was someone was being assisted. I wait about 5 minutes a woman comes out of a room and tells me she is having a bad day and is going to lunch to come back at 3. I signed in at 2 I believe their normal lunch is a 1/2 hour not an hour. So I come back at 2:59 ask another person that was waiting if the woman had returned he said no. I left Minute Clinic what a joke!!!!
