AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had 1:00 appointment with Dr. Wolfrum on Friday; was still sitting there at 3:00 with no indication of why I hadnt been seen yet, so I left. Front desk was trying to be helpful but all they could say was that he was on the phone; they seemed embarrassed and uncomfortable about the whole situation, since other patients (they said he had 5 waiting) were also trying to find out what was happening and why they had waited hours. How can this doctor be this oblivious and/or inconsiderate? How can this doctor be a doctor who sees patients? How can this doctor stay in business with so many reasonable alternatives? I am 65 and this was the first time I have ever walked out on a doctor. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Took a loved one to see this doctor. An hour after our appointment was supposed to begin we were still in the waiting room. I asked the receptionists if there was a reason we hadnt been seen and they told me he is always running late, its just normal for this doctor. Another half hour went by and we asked again.. they seemed extremely annoyed by us asking how long it would be. I asked if he is running this late, why they wouldnt call and notify the clients. We both left work an hour early to end up waiting 2 hours in the waiting room before giving up and just going home. Horrible way to run a business.

WORST DOCTORS OFFICE EXPERIENCE , PATIENTS ARE JUST DOLLAR SIGNS, DR WOLFRUM DOES NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE YOU IF HE SEES YOU IN A HALLWAY OR WAITING AREA, ITS A FACTORY NOT A DOCTORS OFFICE. THE OFFICE ITS SELF IS IN HORRIBLE CONDITION. THE STAFF THINK THEY ARE SURGRONS THEMSELVES. LIKE BOSS LIKE STAFF, NO RESPECT TOWARDS PATIENTS. I AM GOING TO REPORT THIS DR, AND HIS PRACTICE TO STATE, AND FFEDERAL LEVEL.. WAITING TIME IS MORE THEN AN HOUR EVEN AFTER YOU HAVE TAKEN AN APPOINTMENT. GO TO A VET BUT DONT GO TO DR WOLFRUM.....................

Dr. Wolfrum was recommended to me by a trusted friend. I have nothing but sweet and wonderful things to say about the doctor and his staff. They have gone out of their way to be very helpful to me. I have bi polar disorder and go through some wild mood swings. I will probably be like this the rest of my life. However through a combination of medication and therapy I am much better than when I first started seeing this doctor. My life is much more manageable now.

I waited over 1 1/2 hours to meet with Dr. Wolfrum after my scheduled appointment time. The clerks dont care if you have to wait because they wont call you if you leave to get food. If you plan ahead knowing youll have to wait then it would be worth it because Dr. Wolfrum came across to me as highly intelligent and knowledgeable. Most psychologists are socially awkward, he is not. I will repost in a few months because he changed all my meds.

The staff at the Schaumburg office are very rude, they dont greet you or say thank you, hang up the phone without a goodbye, dont know where they come from but they make the environment even more gloomy than it is. Unfortunately, patients are forced to put up with long waits and unprofessional behavior. They need to overhaul the front staff and hopefully bring a little light to a funeral setting they create.

I am a former patient your better off getting a Medical Marijuana Card and alcohol. Made me wait 4 hours for a 5 minute visit and charge my insurance for a hour visit and i got angry and they made me take drug test for my anger problem and the problem was him so charged him $800 for missed day of work, and $36.00 a minute that he was late and I called the police for instance fruad

This fine doctor was recommended to me by close friends. Im very glad they did. Im not going to go into to what my problems were on a public forum, but I will say this: Whatever they were theyre much more tolerable now. I can honestly say that Dr. Wolfrum is a real lifesaver. Yes, the wait times are longer than Id like them to be, but its well worth it and I give him a big thumbs up.

Dr. Wolfrum is a great and very helpful guy once you get to know him. Very knowledgeable and his office has the ability to perform many procedures other psychiatrists can not. See him! He does sometimes/often run late, but he is WELL worth the wait! Give me a chance; he is VERY busy.
