If you dont mind a production environment, you wont mind the fast pace and borderline rude phone etiquette of the personnel here. The knee pain treatment worked for me and Im happy about this. Personnel are fairly professional, probably overbooked everyday. When I had questions and called in, there were several people who answer the phones. If you are from the generation of boomers or previous to that age, you might find the telephone etiquette of "please and thank you" and hello, how are you and goodbye sorely missing from the experience here. Beware of sales pressure to purchase inhouse remedies, from creams, gels to braces. if you have pain-free time to do your homework on costs, do it before you walk in here. I was satisfied by the relief I experienced from my knee pain. The environment was rushed and it remained this way throughout the 3 weeks of appointments. As a result of being rushed, I couldnt remember most of my questions abt my treatment when there.
