Absolutely horrible! They make you jump through hoops just to get a new patient appointment. Also, they take no accountability for giving out incorrect information. You have to pull teeth to get information and then someone else tells you the information you recieved is incorrect and somehow its your fault!!! Its sad when administrative personel turn patients away. They really need to get their act together.

I have been taking my kids here for a while and they are ok. The wait on monthly prescriptions is too long. The way the staff treated me after my husband lost his 93k job and we had to go on public aid was anything but professional. The were rude like they didnt have the time of day. I will not be going back once my husband gets a new job.
