I will never go back to this office. The staff is incredibly rude, which is unfortunate, because I actually like Dr. Seasly. However, with the way the desk personnel and techs treat their patients, I will NEVER go back. I have had an issue with a tooth that was previously treated with a root canal by another dentist for 2 months or so. I went in to this office for the first time because of the pain that alerted me to this problem. I had a cavity in the tooth next to the problem tooth filled, because we werent able to discern which tooth was causing the pain. A few days later I was back because the pain was still there. Long story short, Ive been in 3-4 times now because they wont prescribe an antibiotic (while I wait for the appointment I have scheduled with a specialist) for this issue without making me pay for another appointment. I should mention that I dont have insurance, which means thats 70 bucks each time. Today I was literally with the dentist for under 2 minutes. When I came in, I was told my appointment wasnt until a half hour AFTER they had told me it was when I spoke to them this morning, and then when I was finally taken back (I had to sit and listen to the front desk staff talk about the recent shopping they did, etc.) the tech asked me what I was there for. I told her the same thing I had told the front desk this morning when I scheduled the appointment, and she said that the dentist wouldnt give me another antibiotic (without even checking with the dentist first). SO WHY WAS I THERE??? After the dentist saw me and prescribed me the antibiotic I needed, the woman that runs the desk area told me to make sure I actually had the procedure done, as if I was trying to get out of it. Its not my fault that the specialist had a wait of 2 months for any appointment time. Her demeanor has never been especially friendly, but today, while I sat there in major pain, having her tell me as if I were a child that I really needed to make sure I went and did the treatment, it was just too much. Find an office that has PROFESSIONAL people working for it. Trust me, you dont want this offices B.S.

Been a patient at the Lockport office for over 3 years and today was the straw that broke the camels back. Went in to have a filling fixed in my back tooth. A piece of the filling broke off and I wanted to just have it repaired. After waiting 20 minutes past my appointment, I was called back. Four x-rays were taken and then the dentist (always a new dentist. In three years have not seen the same dentist twice!) looks in my mouth and says I need a cap. I said no. He says "why would you not want a cap?" I said for one I cant afford it and two I am not putting a cap on a back tooth. All I want was to have the filling replaced/fixed. He then starts arguing with me that just having a filling will crack again. I said thats it --Im leaving. I got up and left. Wont be going back. This office is always trying to sell you the most expensive procedure. Just before I was called back, a lady came out from the back almost in tears. Saying she had this insurance for 3 years and never used it. The receptionist proceeded to discuss this patients finances right there in front of the rest of the waiting room----right down to the cost of the procedure and how this lady could try this and that to finance it.Total HIPA violation. She left in tears. I should have known to get up and leave right then!

I had an awful experience. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone and I am in the process of finding another dentist. I went in as a new patient and they didnt even see me. The dentist was with me for such a little amount of time I didnt even catch his name. I had a 4pm appointment (which I took off work for) and I wasnt "seen" by the dentist until almost 5pm at which time he looked at my mouth for 2 seconds and moved on to the next patient. I was then told that I would have to reschedule to have any work done on my mouth! What was my appointment for? I didnt have any help/work done! The staff was also very unfriendly, especially the receptionist who stated that this wasnt her fault and that she didnt schedule my appointment so she doesnt know what happened. Overall, the office is very unprofessional and really could care less about patient...they only care about the money. I walked out and will NEVER return to the Lockport office.

I would like to share my experience at this wonderful dental office. I have no dental insurance and I am on social security. I was a little leary of going but my husband had gone a year earlier and he said, the Dr. Was very gentle and soft spoken. But what impressed me the most is my husband, like many patients, could have been scammed. He had a bad cavity and was told he needed a cap for several hundred dollars. The Dr. looked at his tooth and said, you dont need a cap. And charged him $72.00.!!!! They are trustworthy and when I went for my exam and cleaning, I was told my teeth had no problems. It was 4 years since Id gone to the dentist si I expected to be charged for something! They usually try to talk you into having more work done than you need! So happy to find someone I trust and GENTLE!

I am a grown man with a serious dental phobia. Because of which, my mouth was a wreck. The entire staff is absolutely amazing. But the ultimate prize goes to Dr. Zaidi. She is so patient, careful, and understanding of my concerns. She takes the time to explain things and works WITH you. Unlike other dentists that just shove their hands in your mouth and get to work. AMAZING. I recommend her to anyone I ever hear talking about teeth/dentists. Shes given me my smile back!

I will never go back there. The people at the front dask never seems like they know what they are doing. They messed up my appointment at first, then when they got it write I needed to get a cleaning and get my gums checked out. I went in there checked my gums then told me that they dont have time to do a cleaning on me. The next available time they could get me in was over a month away. I cancelled my wifes appointment and told them that i would never come back.

This is the most amazing place! Two of my teeth were in pain and impacted. Dr. Davé took great care of me, in no time at all I was pain free. A few weeks later Shelly worked her teeth cleaning magic...I cant tell you how many compliments I have recieved. Micky and Stephanie always have big beautiful welcoming smiles. The office has a warm home like feel and the dental assistants are very caring. I highly recommend Advanced Family Dental in Lockport.
