Today I took my 8 year old son to be seen by Dr. Cavitt, DDS. Just after I filled out the paper work and handed in my insurance info, I noticed how unclean the office was. There were dead carcass of bugs litered all over the place - window sills, front entrance way, and office floor. There was dirt, hair and dust underneath the office chairs. When the doctor came to great me her first question was "did you pay your co-pay", I had I did not but I said I few question first. She replied "I will not answer any questions until it is paid". So, I paid. Then we went back where my son sat in a dirty dental chair wrapped in plastic (it didnt cover the whole thing). She briefly put on gloves looked at my sons mouth, took off the gloves put them in the sink. After I told her he needed 2 root canals, she put back on the same gloves to take another look...and almost put them in his mouth. I stopped her and said "dont use those". Looking around the examination room the floors had disgusing shavings of some material I cant identify. Hair and dirt were everywhere, even on counter tops. Looking at her professionally, her clothes were stained or just dirty. As a parting gift for my son, she gave him an unwrapped, unsanitized toothbrush which her fingers touched the bristles. I wanted to scream and yell and tell her that she cant treat patients like this...its not right. But I took the high road, she did not work on my sons mouth NOR WILL SHE EVER. DONT USE HERE ITs DISCUSTING IN HER OFFICE AND IT DOES SMELL. She is unkept, dirty and rude... why bother

All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that theyll back out or give up if a solution isnt reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldnt deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. Its always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. I couldnt believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the offices appearance. It was one of the best looking offices Ive ever seen.

I already made a comment about my lack of happiness with Best Image Dental, which by the way should be called Worst Image Dental. Not only did they provide me with piss poor service they told me lost my file. (which by the way the women on the phone was extremely rude). Called back and somehow magically found it, and then they sent me a something in the mail saying that I requested my dental x-rays, which I did not! They wanted to charge me $25 dollars for them. Do NOT go this dental facility.

This dentist was extremely compassionate and very sympathetic to the anxiety I have with dentists. She explained everything. The office staff was friendly. They went over all my insurance and explained any co-pays that I had. Many offices dont even give free toothbrushes, but I got two brushes and floss. This place rocks and the dentist is great with kids. This is perhaps the best dentist I have visited thus far. The office is immaculate.

I would give them a zero, they say an enployee reflects a business and its owners this place is garbage, to have an employee say they dont like black people walking through there parking lot is bad for business is CRAP I hope your business goes under and the fact that we still have businesses like that I such a diverse area is pathetic
