I just had my wisdom teeth out yesterday. The Nurse was so incrediblely nice! I practically broke her hand I was holding it so tight! But the dr. dentist who pulled my teeth was so beyond rude. Im very scared of needles so when he went to numb my teeth I pulled back, being scared. He got mad told me he wasing going to do it If I didnt stop being a baby.. Excuse me? Sorry Im scared and dont want a needle in my mouth. When he pulled the needle out of my mouth after numbing my gums he stabbed the needle into my arm and just says,"opps my bad." How inconsiderate can you be?? Asked him to stop so I could breath. He didnt. Just kept going. Overall I cried the whole time. He was rough, rude and no bedside manners. Im only giving this place 2 stars because the nurse was so nice! Otherwise Id give it -9stars!

I really like the dentist unfortunately their office policies are archaic. Because I have health issues I had 1 missed appointment and today called and dared to try to reschedule my 2nd appointment of the year. Im appalled by the fact Im not allowed to reschedule an appointment. Office policy. Im now supposed to call the day I want to come in and hope for a cancellation. Which with working,is nearly impossible. So Im in effect being forced by them to take my business elsewhere. The several thousand dollars they wouldve gotten from my insurance for a crown etc, is going elsewhere. GREAT BUSINESS PRACTICE!!

Ive gone to the same dentist my entire life and had to switch due to insurance reasons. I needed my 6 month visit cleaning and I couldve cleaned my teeth better. They didnt floss my teeth, or use any dental tools on me. They used the wax stuff and sent me on my way. Everyone was very friendly but my teeth felt just as bad leaving as they did walking in. They also told me I had 3 cavities without even poking around

The McHenry dentist is by far the worst dental place that Ive ever been to. Me and My two kids went here and my son only 5 years old had two cavities filled by one of these piece of crappie dentists and both fell out and got badly infected, now my poor little guy has to go through getting a tooth pulled and a root canal at age 6. I am beyond furious! Please do not go to this place, youll regret it!

Hygienists were very kind and office was clean but the wait time was HORRIBLE. My husband and I had appointments at 5 (I was taken at 5:45) and his was supposed to be at 6 (they took him back at 6:45). It was just VERY frustrating after work to have to sit there for 45 minutes. A simple "sorry for the wait," or "we got backed up" wouldve been nice to hear... But nothing.

First time coming here and they got me in without a problem or struggle. Verified my insurance and even answered some question about my copays even before they saw me. Front desk are beyond friendly and always smiling faces and the doctors and assistants are very knowledgeable on everything. All my questions were answered and needless to say I will be returning :)

I was in terrible pain and needed a big back tooth pulled, after being terrified of Dentists for years i was surprised by the staff and Dr on just how good they were and how fast they got me in... You dont find that kind of service very often! Thanks! I would recommend this Dentist and staff to everyone! Luke

Gabby the office manager, called me the day of my appointment to tell me I had a co-payment and order to be seen I had to pay. I told her I didnt have any money. Couple weeks later I recieced a $25 appointment cancellation fee that if not paid will recure interest.

Great office! Accepts medicaid and badger care patients, very friendly and inviting staff. The office hours are awesome, always able to accommodate a busy work/school schedule. Would definitely recommend this office for an easy dental experience.

Useless! Doesnt care about patients. Refuses to do the work that is asked for. Chooses to allow patients to suffer instead of help. I cannot believe the level of incompetence. Do not go here if you need a simple filling. They wont help you.

Much improved, friendly staff, clean office, all PPO insurances accepted even Medicaid. Drs are very nice and they also have a hygienist!! Great place, highly recommended. Appointments always available the same or next day.
