It is a shame I feel the way I do right now. I really wanted to like this place. I enjoyed the service and care I received from the dental assistant Skyler. My dentist Melanie was very friendly and helpful. The part I did not enjoy was the business manager and the way I was treated. The only reason I came here was for the 89 dollar first time patient special. After re-reading the fine print I realize now maybe they should just change the way their website has everything worded or get rid of the special completely. It was supposed to cover a general cleaning, an exam, and x-rays unless you are diagnosed with gum disease. Since nobody informed me that I had gum disease (because I dont) I assumed that they would at least still give me the basic cleaning that I asked and paid for. I received my exam and x-rays and Im very aware that my teeth arent in the greatest shape after neglecting dental visits for several years. I was told I needed a deep cleaning that would cost me 200 dollars more out of pocket. Once I told them I couldnt afford it and credit payments were not an option, I was treated very poorly by the office manager Amy and awkwardly told my appointment was over. I am now proceeding to pay for the same procedures out of pocket at a different office. Yes I could go back and pay the money there, but I would rather not return to a place that clearly doesnt care to take care of all their patients. I will never recommend this place to anyone because the way they made me feel was unacceptable in my opinion. I understand that they wouldve had to spend extra time on me as a patient so it makes sense to charge more money. Just cant help the fact that it felt a lot like the bait and switch and it was gone about in a very unprofessional manner. Be up front and honest with your patients. I get that she is the business manager so it is her job to make sure payments are received, but she was extremely rude and couldnt push me out of the office fast enough. I plan on signing a release form tomorrow and never coming back.

I know one of the girls that work here and when my bridge broke at Buffalo Wild Wings I got in touch with her right away. Dr. Kaske got me right in Monday morning and was able to make me a temporary bridge until my permanent one was ready. My teeth look so nice now I wish I would have done this years ago. I love all the girls there and am happy to see them when I go. I highly recommend Dr. Kaske just by my experience with him going out of his way to help me both with my teeth and setting up an easy payment plan as my insurance hadnt started when I had to get my teeth fixed. With my bridge being all my front top teeth they needed to be done right away. I am forever in their debt! Thank you everyone at Midwest Dental!

My girlfriend and i went there and im disapointed how they handled my girlfriend simple treatment. The dentist assistant burnt the inside of ber mouth with the a simple filling. When we confronted the dentist denied it. Kinda obvious to se the shape of the tool on her gum. Also they had a hard time with the balancfe of my bill telling me i might have a credit but they couldnt tell me each time i called i had to call many times then a altimatium they agreed to mail a check for the credit amount and the amount they fold me and the amount was wrong..stay clear of this billing nightmare

I have been going to MidWest Dental for about 6 years. I have always received quality dental care in a professional and caring atmosphere. My dental hygienist, Cheryl, has given me tips and pointers that have resulted in improved gum condition and improved dental health. Dr. Kaske has explained dental care options and procedures that allow me to make informed choices. The whole staff are pleasant and helpful.

Midwest Dental in Twin Lakes, WI is a great place to have your dental needs taken care of. The people are all very nice, and friendly. The Dentists are all very caring, and gentle. They will work with you if you are on a budget, or fixed income, to insure your mouth and teeth are as healthy as they can be! I for one am very grateful for my experiences, and the care and concern they showed me.

We started going to Dr. Kaske many years ago when my husband had an emergency and was helped immediately. We also wanted a dentist that was wonderful with kids and he is! The staff is always pleasant, kind, and very good at their jobs. The new dental hygienist Jen has a very gentle touch and is very sweet and thorough! Recommend these people highly!

I was really impressed with Dr. Melanie, Chrissy, Cheryl and the rest of the staff at Midwest Dental. They all made my kids feel extremely comfortable and they took the time to explain every process, in a way my kids understood. I highly recommend this practice! Cheryl, my hygienist is very helpful and caring. She has helped me learn what I can do at home to prevent cavities. The rest of the office staff helps me with any insurance questions. The doctors and assistants are efficient at any work that may be needed. I recommend them to all my friends. I won’t go anywhere else for my dental needs.

Very friendly office. Everyone seems to enjoy working there. Even my kids enjoy their trip to the DDS. Their exact words were " I like this place way better than the other dentist. They actually talk to me." The staff got me in the same day when I called for a tender tooth. Very efficient, fun and knowledgeable staff and dentist.
