Harassing. Thats the simplest I can explain them. I called to see if I could get my son in, they said they didnt have any appointments for the day unless I wanted to come in after 7:30. I explained I lived over an hour away so that wouldnt work. She called me back and acted like we had gotten disconnected before I had given her my answer even though I heard her speak after I said "no" to the 7:30 appointment. After I hung up with her the second time, another nurse called and asked me if I intended to keep my 5:30 appointment.

I have been a patient at this facility for many years and have been nothing but pleased with the experience. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I am always able to get in to see someone if needed. I started out with Dr. Killion who was wonderful. I currently see Dr. Ramirez who I am very happy with. I recommend this practice to everyone.
