It took a lot for me to write a bad review and give one star. But, I am so incredibly unhappy with this place. To begin, I dont appreciate waiting over two hours or just about everytime I have a scheduled appointment. Second, Ive witnessed one of the girls (a medical assistant she might be) while "working" on a call with her boyfriend, crying, at the front desk. How unprofessional is that? If you want to fight with your boyfriend, do it at home; theres patients to take care of. Next, I dont appreciate some of the things the doctors says. For example, when I refused a flu vaccine for my son he said "you wear a seatbelt to protect yourself, no?". In my opinion, you cant compare one to the other. After that, I wanted a specialist for my son, his response was "a specialist is going to tell you the same thing I am. I can do what the specialist can do", no, you cant because thats their specialty. In addition, my son needed referrals to an eye doctor and dentist. They said they were going to print them out and call me when they got them, and eventually just never sent them to me, gave them to me, nothing. In addition to that, they claim to call me, when they dont. Then charge me $20 for "missng" an appointment, when I never got a reminder call. Sure, this is my fault; but dont say you call me when you dont. I have the iphone 6 plus, I can receive any call, at anytime. Lastly, I tried to make an appointment recently "no doctor for 2-3 days" what? How? Then what are you doing there? I ended up accepting an appointment to brookfield which is also a to z pediatrics, where again I waited over an hour and got told my son didnt have anything/he was fine. The days passed and my son continued to have fevers of 101 & 102. I called them once again for ignoring my sons needs and they couldnt squeeze me in saturday or monday, then whoever was on the phone said "okay, byeeeeeeeeeeee" like a little girl that knows she has upset you. I had her on speaker phone and many witnesses around. You do not use that mocking little girl tone on patients. I had to take my son to walgreens pay over $100 out of pocket for them to tell me my son had strep throat. Which I would have known days in advanced if they had done their job properly. Now my son is suffering the consequences.

Im actually incredibly disappointed to be leaving an unsatisfactory review for this office. When we met Dr. Perez we absolutely adored him. He was charming and we were very comfortable having him care for our son. Unfortunately, weve only seen him once since our son was born. His associates have handled most of our sons appointments and wed prefer to deal with Dr. Perez instead. All of the staff is friendly. The office is clean. A few weeks ago our son had diarrhea and vomiting for 5 days. We did all we could to make him comfortable and keep him hydrated, but he was clearly miserable, and it was awful to see a one year old struggle like that. We called the pediatrician when he wouldnt get out of bed one day. Normally this kid is bouncing off the walls, but he slept for almost 18 hours that day and started to refuse food and water. We figured after 5 days of what he was going through, it was time to have someone look at him because he seemed to be getting worse instead of better. We called Dr. Perez office and the woman answering the phone said he should be seen and to wait for a call back from the doctor. I waited 3 hours before calling my husband and telling him to meet me at the ER instead. It was days before we got a call back from A to Z Pediatrics and what was on the other end of the line wasnt even a person. It was an automated message in Spanish telling me that their office was no longer accepting certain forms of Medicaid. Were disappointed and discouraged and walking away from this office. We are due with twins in June and were hoping to not have to find a new Pediatrician, but after what happened a few weeks ago, we need to act in the best interest of our children.

I am beyond pleased with this clinic, especially the staff. I called last minute a few minutes before closing to get a school exam visit. The young lady politely said they had no appointments due to high demand, but went above and beyond helping me schedule the soonest available and calling the school for me to fax proof of appointment. The school demanded a written note and even after closing hours still did me the favor! Thanks Iliana for all your help, my daughter didnt have to miss school! Hope you enjoyed lunch on me!

Best pediatrician in town DuPage county! The medical assistants are nice, caring, and very helpful. Dr. Perezs associates are wonderful and Dr. Perez is an amazing doctor. My son has been a patient for 5 years and I would definitely continue to bring by son for pediatric care. I have recommended A to Z to all of my friends and family members. Keep up the great healthcare!

EACH DOCTOR GOAL IS TO DELIVER WHAT A PATION NEEDS AND TO FIX HIS HEALTH PROBLEM. However if you want to learn from your mistakes learn it from your personal ones,... trying some strong medication on your own child. Evidently you would like to show your good manners by replying to my message all I can say is: do your homework first.
