I want to thank you and your team for the terrific care that you provided to my wife and me during the nearly 10 years that we lived in the Chicago area. In every single aspect of care and service, you and your team were absolutely stellar. The courtesy and efficiency with which your staff managed every interaction on the phone, in the office and with correspondence, reminders, billings and insurance was always exemplary in every way. The care and guidance that I received from Nancy during check-ups and cleanings was always meticulous, thorough and delivered with exceptional professionalism and friendliness. The care that I received from you was something at which I will always marvel. As you will recall, I had a complicated, messy problem involving my jaw, gums and teeth. Amazingly, you devised and executed a strategy for permanently remedying this situation. Thanks to what you did, I can once more eat what I want with comfort and confidence, the procedures needed were not painful or disruptive and throughout the whole course of treatment I had a normal appearance, normal speech and a normal ability to eat what I wanted to eat. I will always be grateful to you for what you did for me. And my wife and I will always be grateful to you and your team for the wonderful care and service you provided us.

I am GROWN male! Must get that clear. But when it comes to the dentist I feel as tiny as a newborn. I needed to get work done on my mouth since 2008 after having brace-work done. I have put it off and off. My good friend Mike Klepacki recommended his great friend Mike Novac to me during that time and a few times after. I drove from Louisiana (YES PEOPLE, LOUISIANA) to have someone rake through my mouth with power tools (At least thats what I thought was going to happen). Did I say I was a kid in the dentist chair who has always been put to sleep for any dental proceedure. WELLLLLLL, I was numbed up and smiled at enough as well as comforted by the members of the office. No sleep involved nor no anxiety (except initially what I had created). Folks! My dentist is now located 900 miles away and I will be seeing him for any mid-to major work I need to get done. Thank you NOVAC and STAFF!. Stay sweet and talkative Mary and Sis-in-law! (Even though this review is under my wife Nicole, it is I (Chris) writing it. Love my smile.....

Today was my first visit after switching dentists to Hinsdale (Dr. McCormick). I have yet to have work done by him, however, it is duly noted that thus far he has been awesome. As well as his assistants. My negative feedback from my previous dentist was due to lack of trust, comfort, and being under informed on what he was doing. Dr. McCormick informed me in a detailed manner, showed genuine care & offered a great deal of comfort which eased my anxiety of going to the dentist to get work done. Another thing that I felt set him apart was that he did not appear to be in a rush which made me feel like I had his full attention, and he was personable. I look forward to working with him further.

I just had my 6 month dental check-up and cleaning at Hinsdale Dental today. As usual my experience was outstanding, informative and pleasant. They are one of the most highly professional dental and/or medical practices in the area. The office is always impeccably clean. Their schedule runs like clockwork. The employees are always pleasant, efficient and professional. I have been a patient x25 years. I am a local physician in Hinsdale and I am very connected to the local medical community. I have referred many of my patients (and most of my own employees) to Hinsdale Dental for decades! They always deliver "State of the Art" dental care in a caring environment.

My complete satisfaction is based not only that I have received the most professional and cutting edge care, but that Hinsdale Dental have within the office and staff the experienced professional specialty skills to care for almost any dental issue from cleanings to the most complex dental procedures. I first became a patient of Hinsdale Dental and Dr. Novak as a referral for a complete remake of my crown and bridge work. Dr. Novak is simply the best. Since then, my entire family is now a patient of Dr. Novak. I will never hesitate to recommend Hinsdale Dental to anyone looking for a good dental practice. The entire staff is fantastic. There is a consistency throughout. Whether it is Bonnie, Dr. Novaks primary assistant, or Nancy,Oral Hygienist or anyone in the practice. My experience has always been 5 STARS. Thank you!

I have been a patient of Dr. Novaks for over 20 years, typically for general dentistry. Recently however, I underwent some extensive cosmetic work on my front tooth. It was a very emotional experience as my front tooth is pretty important to me! I cannot compliment Dr. Novak and his staff enough for the care and compassion they showed during this process. A great practice that harkens back to in my opinion an earlier time when family practices were the norm. The family doctor and dentist were there when you were born right through your entire life. Everyone from the dentists to the entire staff is very friendly and experienced. I had a great dentist in a practice like this up in East Troy Wisconsin and am delighted that I have found the same (after a couple of misses) here with Hinsdale Dental.

Dr. Novak has been my dentist for over 20 years and I have nothing but great things to say about both him and the entire practice. Everybody in the office is warm, friendly, and very helpful whether that be through scheduling appointments, filling cavities or just making your smile a little brighter. They even have TVs you can watch if you are feeling nervous! I definitely plan on staying with this practice as long as I can.

I am always very nervous to go to a new dentist because I have a lot of crowns and they can be sensitive. Nancy was my hygienist and she did an extremely thorough job, which I am very thankful for. Dr. Brown is so nice and my husband and I couldnt be happier to find a local practice for our entire family. The entire staff was very friendly and I would highly recommend this practice to others.

Recently I had to have a crown. The first visit was interesting in that it took a lot of work but at least I was able to keep the Gold from my filing and sell it for quite a few dollars. The second visit was unique to say the least. The dentists assistant was obviously having a bad morning or waaaay too much caffeine. It was probably among the worst visits ever.

It is always good to have a doctor that keeps up on what is going on in the field. Really put me at ease.
