At first I was impressed by how good it was going until Dr. Lila Elman walked in the room. I asked her to please wash her hands, which she refused so than I asked her if she can at least wear gloves which she refused as well. Right away she informed me that if I dont like the way she works that I can take my baby somewhere else to get checked. I never knew asking a Doctor to wash hands or use gloves was that horrible especially when she just came from seeing other patients, And was about to check my baby. She said she was only going to use sanitizer. She also informed me that her nurses dont not use gloves for vaccines. I hope I help other moms out there not to waist their time if this is something you care about like I do.

Dr Elman has the most wonderful ability to make you feel as if you are her only patient. She is thorough, kind and patience. She goes above and beyond the call of duty, she was born to be a pediatrician and it shows in the care of her patients.
