The good... The Doctors and staff are excellent. They are thorough. We are happy with the level of care we have received. the office is clean. It is well organized. The supporting staff is friendly and very helpful. Now the bad... Their headquarters, who make calls to patients, are a JOKE! I do not use this term lightly because I have asked them to change the way they do things and they still keep doing the backwards things that are not only ineffective, but a nuisance. The issue is this: They call you to confirm the set appointment, handle insurance issues, notate schedule issues, etc. If you miss their call, they will leave you a message. That sounds great and all and it would be if they not only mumbled the whole message but would leave it in the language specified! I am a fluent Spanish speaker, my partner is not. they leave these messages for her so she has no idea what they are saying! In addition to this, I, who speaks and understands Spanish CAN NOT EVEN understand what they are saying. The message is left in a mumbled rush and in such a low volume that we are forced play it over and over again then to call them back to figure out what exactly they were saying. Ive asked them to notate on our account to leave these important messages clearly, in ENGLISH. otherwise, call me and leave me the message CLEARLY, in SPANISH. nothing has changed. Our leaving this practice is bittersweet. on the one hand we are leaving great people who take pride in their work and have a genuine interest in helping people. but on the other hand, we leave with not having to get these half-effort, lazy sounding, depressing, ineffective messages.

Tardan mucho tiempo en atender , mi cita era a las 10 y me atendiron despues de las 11 aunque llegue media hora antes, muy mal servicio. No lo recomiendo
