Now that Ive been taking my kids to this practice for five years, Ive seen every doctor and think that they are all amazing. All of the staff members express concern for your kids, it is easy to get same day appointments, and Ive even walked in randomly with no appointment when my kiddo needed stitches, and they took great care of her. The wait times are very reasonable, and it is such a pleasant place to be. They always make sure that you feel well attended to, and answer any questions. Waiting rooms (one for sick kids, one for healthy) have tvs, but my kids never watch the shows, as they are always too busy enjoying the huge fish tank. They love going to the doctor.

Service varies quite a bit by physician. Dr. Cabanna and Dr. Swanson are great; didnt have great experiences with the others. Some (not all) of their front desk staff are terrible with customer service. Have some appointment making policies that seem strict and not those of a practice serving kids. Have had wait times (with an appointment) of over an hour. Decided to leave this practice after 5 months.

The doctors and staff at Downers Grove Pediatrics are great! They always make me and my 1 year old feel at ease and welcome. My son loves getting a new book at each visit. Dr. John Cabana does a great job explaining what hes doing during the visit, as well as answering any questions (and there were a lot of them, being a first time mom!) I have. I would highly recommend this practice.

Doctors are hit or miss - some are good (Dr. Cabana in particular) and some are not so good. Couldnt really trust some of them. Last drop which made us leave is the terrible customer service from front desk personnel and billing department personnel, very unprofessional and just ridiculously rude, I am surprised how these ladies are still able to keep their jobs...

We love DGP they always are great with my kids. Never have to wait more than 5 minutes and always squeeze them in when they are sick. Highly recommend
