When I went to the doctors office, they took my insurance card and told me I am in network. Later I have received a surprise bill from them for $600 for being out of network. I have approached them with my complaint. They never returned my call. After few attempts, I was able to speak with the finance department. They said by mistake they told me that I am in their network and I have to pay the amount. Even though I have a good health insurance policy, they sent me hefty bill for their mistake.

Great pediatrician. Very patient, understanding, listens well, and is very kind. Ive taken both of my children to him since they were babies, and have never had a bad experience. The entire staff is warm and efficient, and always makes sure you have a good experience. They have always taken us in right away with any last minute sicknesses, and are great with appointment and checkup reminders. I highly reccommend Dr. Summers.
