Dr. Dianovsky is very unprofessional!!! My wife took our son to Dr. Dianovsky after 3 days of not improving fever and flu like symptoms. We suspected pneumonia since my son was also complaining on the painful sensation at the right side of his chest and severe cough. Even though the symptoms showed the clear possibility of pneumonia my wife had to ask Dr Dianovsky to send our son to chest X-Ray. Dr. Dianovsky couldnt clearly diagnose pneumonia and prescribed cefdinir. After 5 days of taking this drug and not improving we took our son back to Dr Dianovsky but she refused to change the drug and told us to continue taking cefdinir even though it clearly wasnt helping. We did a blood test and according to doctor it was normal. She said it was a viral infection. My son was getting worse every day and we decide to take him to ER of Lurie Childrens Hospital in Chicago. They made X-Ray again, blood test and sputum test. They diagnosed a progressing pneumonia. X-Ray showed a build up of fluid in his right lung. Few more days of following of Dr. Dianovsky treatment and we could loose our child. Now he got hospitalized and has to spend few days in the intesive treatment taking IV and antibiotics. Never again we will use service of Dr. Dianovsky or Pediatric Associates.

Dr Dianosky is very rude and unprofessional. She is incentive driven from pharmaceutical companies. She prescribed a med that wasnt covered under insurance for an ear infection and normally I cover the expenses out of pocket however this one was 300. Called the pharmacy and they advised there was he exact same med in a different name. Called the office to discuss and she stated she will change this time however if I am not able to afford the new one she can no longer assist. Literally the same medicine by a different maker was 30 dollars if I didnt have insurance and covered 100%. Went for follow up and she didnt even spend the time to listen and examine him. Took him to urgent care and his infection worsened due to blockage and the drops not getting in the ear even though I asked her if he needed oral antibiotics she stated his ear was clear and healing. Er doctor said he couldnt even see drum due to wax buildup because of the swollen canal. Worst ever experience decided to walk away from the practice after that

My wife and I have been bringing our two children to Pediatric Associates for almost 3 years and we love it! Our children can not wait to come to the office and are always so excited to see Dr. Dianovsky. Dr. Dianovsky seems to truly care about her patients and has always given us exceptional care. I can not say enough good things about the office and the staff. I recommend Pediatric Associates of Arlington Heights to all of my friends and family.
