We started going to Valley Lakes approximately 4 years ago as a means to go to a local vet rather than travel so far the vet we had currently been at. Weve been very happy there ever since and feel confident with the care and treatments that is given to our dogs. Theyve always squeezed us in with emergencies and even those "not so emergency visits", yet as a pet owner, really feel we need to have our pet seen. Last year we had to put one of our dogs down and Dr. Hartman and the staff were extremely professional, gracious and genuinely compassionate with that whole process. Would highly recommend VLVC if youre looking for great Veterinary care! So to all of you at Valley Lakes, Dr. Hartman, Tara and Valerie....thanks for all your great care and affection for our dogs...you rock!! And a special shout out to Tara for all her extra suggestions and advice for our dogs. Youre the bomb! :)

Ive been using Valley Lakes Veterinary Clinic for almost 3 years. Dr. Hartman and staff are great with the animals. I have a cocker spaniel, Koko, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Ginger and a cat, Chloe who have all been seen there. Recently my cocker, Koko had to have some emergency surgery and Dr. Hartman got her scheduled within a few hours of being notified Koko was coming in. The post surgical monitoring was great and they again scheduled her appointments at the last minute when she needed additional treatment. The staff is very friendly and I feel my pets are in the best possible hands with this team.

I cant praise Dr Hartman and his staff enough. My Cairn had a broken toe that led to no circulation in her foot. Dr Hartman came in everyday (even Sat / Sun AND through a blizzard) so he could do hydrotherapy & change bandages to save her foot. He went above and beyond what I expected him to do. I am happy to say that although she did have to have 2 toes amputated the rest of the foot was saved. You would never know she had a problem, she doesnt even have a limp. Everyone there is friendly, happy and professional. I would recommend them to EVERYONE & I have!

We have been taking our dogs here for 5+ years now. Dr Hartman and his staff really care about your pets, willing to offer suggestions, etc. Jan of 2012 we lost our dog to cancer and they were gracious enough to call to check on us and send us a card with her picture. I will never forget that. Tara at the front desk is always on top of her game and is so knowledgeable and always is quick to help us with discharge instructions. Everywhere I go and have a chance to talk about VLVC I always give them their phone number.

A friend of mine referred me to Valley Lakes Veterinary Clinc and I am so thankful she did. The Dr. an staff are amazing. I unexpectedly inherited a couple of dogs a little over a year ago (one with heartworms) and they have been so kind and understanding wanting to help in any way possible. I cant imagine taking my dogs anywhere else. If you want a great experience for both you and your pet you should start taking your pets to Valley Lakes Veterinary Clinic! You will be so glad you did!

We have a special needs kitty (Gus) and I think he loves them as much as we do. And our other 3 kitties receive the best care as well.

Dr. Hartman, Tara and Valerie, make me feel like my dogs and me matter. I have a pit bull who likes to act tough, but Dr. Hartman takes it in stride, gives her, her exam and shots and has her eating out of his hand by the end of our visit. It is a clean facility with warm caregivers. My dogs and I are hooked.
