Eon Clinics was extremely friendly and attentive to my needs at first. After they received my $52,000,00 dollars things went down hill faster than a run away train. I had all of my teeth pulled and all on four was used. They told me at 6 months I would receive my definitive/ permanent teeth. Well my teeth have broken, now for the fifth time and I am in severe pain as the break is sharp as a razor cutting my tongue and inside my mouth. I have called them so many times and they wont even answer the phone. Ive left messages over And over yet still not a call back. Meanwhile I am now going into my tenth month with these temporary teeth and have suffered endlessly. Horrible breaks where over half the gum and teeth broke off. Leaving me unable to leave the house. I am beyond furious and feel I have no choice but to sue them. Seriously people, fifty two thousand dollars paid in full and Im being treated like a second class citizen. I would never ever recommend them to anyone.

I looked at several video clips, read materials, consulted and shopped around for all-on-4 implants. In my search, I came across EON CLINICS and Im thrilled that I found them. After my consultation with Isabel, Id gone from 60% comfort to 95% comfort (still nervous about this big step). The consultation was informative and about what was the best approach -- all-on-4 sells itself; Isabel sold me on EON CLINICS. The entire staff is caring and friendly. Nancy is practically your personal care person...she really fuss over her patients and make sure they are prepared and shes readily available to answer questions and just checking in on you. I was in great hands of Dr. Pappas and Dr. Hanson -- awesomeness! After the surgery, I had a banana smoothie and pleased to see a pretty smile. Thank EON Clinics and Staff!

I would highly recommend THEM to anyone, everyone. From the constellation to the end result, "my beautiful smile" they listened to my wants& needs, with a few bumps in the process "we will call that life" they gave me exactly what I wanted and most important They gave me so much more than What I had anticipated from their constellation, with little or no pain at all " I stayed ahead of it" I wanna thank the whole team right down to the adorable receptionists!! The MaGiC HaPPeNed for me and it can happen for countless others if youre willing to indure the journey in dental implants with the eon clinic !! worth every tear, every dollar, every min I had indured thru the process!! I just completed my 1st phase of a upper implant 2/23/16.The implant is fantastic!!! I HIGHLY recommend everyone here on staff.They are very informative on details of procedures and accuracy of your new teeth appliance.From Isabella,Nancy,Dr Pappas, Dr.Hanson & Dr.Sharma,Nicole,Ashley & Shanice.. They are very concerned about your well being. Im very confident to the final phase.Fyi,Im 64. It is now about 2 + weeks later since my surgery.Having (followed) directions of meds & food. I can say with a BRIGHT smile and NO pain.I caneat hamburger,fish and most foods carefully..All the worrying I had prior was for not.Again,the staff are very friendly!!!! FIVE STAR service

Jessica is just amazing always so accommodating and one of the nicest person you could ever meet! Maria also is an expert On my dental procedure and unbelievable at addressing every issue! Since I have been going to the Westmont office I have had excellent service and attention to my teeth! They are always on time with your appointment and every detail is addressed . Everyone at EON clinics are true professionals , just a pleasure and fantastic experience every time ! I would recommend to anyone that needs implant surgery , to go nowhere else but EON clinics! I didnt feel a thing after the surgery but. After that going on 3yrs and the implants dont fit right and they have broke twice . The second time it took two days to get in couldnt work or eat . There is no emergency anything set up. All i here is a day or two or three. They are very poor about getting back to you. I can not recommend Eon. Very poor.

Went for consultation at EON Clinic in Westmont, IL and the x-ray machine broke down after my scan was taken. Waited for 30mins to get the result but to no avail. I was told that someone else will contact me about the result or whether to come back to retake the scan. Its been 2 weeks and no one got back me to me yet. Seriously? 2 weeks and counting!

The Prosthodontists at EON clinic are amazing. They truly care about their patients and are thoughtful and detailed oriented about everything they do. They are patient and have a wonderful bedside manner. The results that I have seen are exceptional and my life has changed in such a positive way. I highly recommend EON as it is life changing!
