Dr Sutor is knowledgeable and nice, and my first visit went well. Follow up, more than one year later when I requested to return to determine status of initial evaluation and appropriate yet least intrusive follow up, resulted in not only something my regular dentist could have done from the beginning, but also in additional charges which were not reflective of what I had requested be done during the follow up, and charges l had not been informed of at the time of service. When I explained this to office staff, they were not understanding, nor were they very professional.
