DONT WANT TO GO THERE EVER AGAIN YOU ARE TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE. Friendly staff only until you have a billing dispute. I have been their patient for 5 years now and twice they have given me a price on certain procedures. After the treatment few weeks later I get a revised bill as they have figured it out wrong what is my share. Excuse me... you have a staff member whos job is 100% making sure that what benefits are covered by the insurance so they can make sure they are always paid and patients know what exactly they are liable for not so that the person to make a mistake and then you can just hide behind the fine print of "YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE IF THE ESTIMATE IS WRONG OR YOUR INSURANCE DONT PAY"...As if that is not bad enough when you call them to talk about it all you get is THIS YOUR BALANCE AND YOU NEED TO PAY RIGHT AWAY. Well certainly since you messed up and it is now my responsibility I will pay but after the 2nd issue and after advising you twice in the past to note my account to only treat what is covered I think it is time to find a new Dentist.

They are pushy sales people. Whole business is a scam and thats a shame. You should be able to trust a Dr.but Dr. Rana is unethical.The office staff doesnt know how to bill insurance then they sent it to collections without ever even talking to me about payment!!! I would have just used my debit card to pay until insurance was corrected but they never contacted me. Now, its on my credit AND Im out $700 they owe me back. Said they wouldnt take braces off until I paid the $700. (That insurance is going to pay. There has been a 100% turnover in employees in 2 years! They are on the third office manager in as little time. That place is just a mess! Dr. RAna is not a good enough Dr. To have her own place so she has to travel around, only in Camby one day a week which makes scheduling a nightmare! Do not go there, please. I do not want anyone else to suffer through their terrible service.

I went here twice- once with cleaning/X-rays and the next time a cleaning. Both times they literally did nothing on the cleaning. They didnt scrape plaque/buildup and didnt use a polisher on my teeth. I take care of my teeth and they acknowledged this. But, every reputable dentist Ive been to performs these tasks. I actually timed my second visit; it took 12 minutes and I was "good" to go. Everybody was friendly, but whats that matter when theyre not taking care of your teeth.

Moved an hour away and am being refused my xrays and records. Every time I call I get a different response. Was told over a month ago they were being sent. Always something with them and very high turnover rate. Each new receptionist completely changes how things are done so nothing in billing or paperwork is ever efficient.

I thank the moment when we decided to visit Heartland after my daughters bracket fitted else where came off. Dr Rana and the team is excellent, very professional and took great care of my daughter.I will definitely recommend this place.

Such a great experience! Staff is Amazing! Dr. made sure I was comfortable and worked very quickly and efficiently. There was absolutely no pain involved. Look forward to my next visit!
